Situated in Dunsborough, this attractive house for $169 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This family-friendly 3 bed beach house is one property back from Old Dunsborough boat ramp, swimming net, beaches and playground. There is a large front deck for entertaining, open plan kitchen, living & dining, two queen bedrooms, a bunk room (sleeps 3), a main bathroom with shower, plus an additional toilet off the laundry. The location speaks volumes; this is the most protected, picturesque and calm part of the bay, a step away from the beach and only a 3 minute drive or short stroll along the foreshore path to town. On your doorstep you'll find abundant beaches for surfing & fishing, golf courses, mountain bike tracks, world class wineries and restaurants. TERMS - Additional $175 for cleaning & bed linen per booking (does not inc. towels). - Price based on 6 people sharing, including children. - BOND $500 refunded within two weeks providing the property is left clean & tidy, in the condition that you find it. The cost of any damages or additional cleaning costs (beyond the norm) will be deducted from the bond. - PETS considered providing they are not destructive or disruptive. In accordance with the Shire rules, pets are not to be left alone at the property at any time. Please note the garden is not fenced. The Property Manager lives close by so if you're planning a big party this might not be the house for you.

If you are looking to stay in Old Dunsborough close to the Jetty and beach area, this is the perfect location, it’s a 50m walk away. The open plan living and kitchen opening out onto the deck is the hero of the house and perfect for some afternoon drinks and cheese. Plenty of space for a family of five, or two families with 3-4 kids total. The only negative was some maintenance needed on the kitchen benches around the sink with mould in the timber. There is also a house beginning to being built on the vacant block next door which could become noisy / inconvenient for anyone staying here in 2024 as the building work kicks in. Overall a great stay thank you for having us.

Absolutely brilliant location with views of the beach. Lovely stroll along beach area near old boat ramp. Close to mountain bike tracks. Cute and cosy little house with a lovely fireplace to keep warm at night.

Thank you for our stay. The location was excellent and we loved our morning stroll along the coast, with a coffee van right at the end of the street. We were with our dog and 6mo twins and so the house was perfect for our needs. We would love to come and stay again!

Lovely property,great position, wasnt told about property next door being built, was concerned about noise ,however no noise and very considerate builders and lovely area. Room for improvements would only be to supply welcome pack maybe, oil , bin bags, tin foil, glad rap. Overall would recommend and return.

This house was a lovely beach house in a great location! Had the basics of everything that was needed. They provided well for young kids with porta-cot, high chair and toys. It was a lovely place for a holiday, esp sitting on the veranda. Thank you for our stay!

We were disappointed with the house overall. It states on the stayz website in larger writing this house has 2 bathrooms but in smaller print it has 11/2 bathrooms! When actually it has only an extra toilet. The bathroom has no toilet roll holder and the shower needs cleaning up... horrible. In the kitchen most of the plates and some of the mugs are chipped and the cook top was almost impossible to switch on We did enjoy our stay because of the location.

Beautiful home, well situated and clean inside. We all slept very well and were very comfortable. The only complaint was the BBQ had rat poo and bits of food when we opened it.

The property was clean and tidy, but a little basic on small things like very small amount of toilet paper provided, we had to buy more to get through the days staying there, but that’s really the only problem. Very good location to the water, not too far from the town area, but easy to get to everything.

We loved our stay and will be booking again for next year. Great location, close to the beach in a beautiful setting. We furnished, clean and pet friendly (yard not fenced but this is not a problem for us). Communication was friendly, a nice chilled vibe. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay.

We recently stayed at this holiday home and had a wonderful time. Great location to beach and walking distance to town for the energetic. The home was very welcoming and despite being winter, the log fire warmed up the house. It was like a home away from home, but there were very little things that would have made things a bit easier - like instructions on how to use the stove top; metal dustpan, brush and prod for the wood fire; clothes airer; shower caddy; laundry basket; place mats and coasters for protection of the dining table. The street was quiet and picturesque. We loved the old Dunsborough area and would highly recommend this home for a year round holiday destination. We hope one day to return.

Loved the position of property, modern inside. Well stocked for children and plenty of plates and kitchen utensils.could have done with basic cleaning stuff provided and replaced of used well used kitchen clothes, especially in todays world. Also better lightingfor the front/ back garden. However would recommend a stay here. Thankyou

Location great with very functional indoor outdoor living. Not much goes into the care factor. No bin bags, no washing detergent, no sponge or scourers for cleaning dishes. Kitchen cupboards could do with a wipe out and plates pots utensils need cleaning before you use anything. No toilet roll holder or lock on bathroom door, No top sheet and very shabby linen. Some very ugly garden spaces that need attention. Rubbish bins We’re already full. Good parking. Generally needs Quite a bit of maintenance. Having said that, would stay again knowing what your walking into.

This property provided everything we needed for a relaxing break. It was great to be able to bring our dog with us. The location is perfect - very close to the beach a lovely walk to town. There seemed to be a guest book / manual missing, we weren’t sure of what to do with the linen or what the wifi code is. A lovely home from home though, easy to clean and the owner was really responsive when we had questions. Thanks

We spent 8 nights staying at this fabulous house. We loved the open plan living area that led out to the deck overlooking the front garden. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of parking out the back. Old Dunsborough boat ramp only 2 minute walk away. We have already booked to stay again next year!

Will definitely rebook as loved the cottage feel and the outlook from the veranda was beautiful. Being able to bring out small dog too was a bonus. Only one shared bathroom though but having 2 toilets helped !

The house is perfect for families as it is very close to Old Dunsborough beach and boat ramp. Very peaceful area and only a short 5min drive to town! Alice was great with communicating too!

Hubby and I went on our first family holiday with our 2 year old. It was amazing! The house was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, the locals were super friendly and the house had everything you could need. A pleasant surprise was all the toys, books and equipment for the toddler. A very family friendly place to stay. Would 10000% recommend to anyone wanting to stay down in Dunsborough almost right on the beach and really kid friendly.
