The Staff, they went overboard with their hospitality! They made the stay memorable. I can’t say enough about Vy, she went above and beyond to insure I was comfortable and familiar with certain customs. Please personally thank her for me.
Oh the elevator needed repair but it was repaired in reasonable time.

Good location, quiet street and very good spa services (massage + hair washing and treatment).
We had booked 2 rooms and at the check in we received one of them in a deplorable condition (we slept with door opened because of the smell of damp and were no window in the room even if we had booked especially both rooms with windows). We changed the room next day and was ok, but also with a miss understand of the number of the room (it happens). So, be careful to receive what you have booked :)

Location is great. The hotel is ok and offers basic amenities.
The bathroom wall was delaminating giving a creepy vibe. The AC was a bit noisy. The room and furniture looks old and not well maintained, there was a lot of stains on the walls unlike the clean pictures.
