About this apartment rental
A wonderful centrally located large penthouse (185 sqm inside + 120 sqm terraces) for up to 6 people, full of natural light thanks to its 17 windows overlooking the archaeological Sacred Area of Largo Argentina and the Republican Roman temples, the scene of Julius Caesar’s assassination and now home to the famous Cat Sanctuary.
Sitting in the huge living room or resting in one of the 3 bedrooms while enjoying the fabulous view of Rome’s skyline — with its major domes and the old Opera House, now Argentina’s Theater — is an unforgettable experience and a true immersion in history.
The balcony and the terraces, both at the apartment level and on the upper floor, are full of plants and flowers, making them perfect spots for a glass of wine at sunset or a great Italian dinner at home. The elegant dining room and the beautifully equipped kitchen add comfort and style. The apartment is tastefully furnished, very well-kept, comfortable, and fully air-conditioned.
It is situated on the 5th floor (with elevator) of Palazzo Vitelleschi, with a doorman and a supermarket downstairs. Just outside the main door you’ll find buses, a taxi station, and many cafés and restaurants. Within a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, the Roman Forums, and the Trevi Fountain.

Grand luxury apartment in the middle of everything in Rome. Our host was very helpful and greeted us warmly and arranged ground transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

Allesandra’s property is amazing! Perfect location within walking distance to all the sites except for the Vatican we took taxi. She booked transportation for us from airport and to cruise port. Allesandra is an amazing host. She meets you at check-in to go over all the important info about the apartment and check-out to confirm you leave in satisfactory order which I truly appreciated! With it be an older apartment, there are keys and for plumbing she highly recommended limiting toilet paper to not clog toilets. We also only used bottled water. We ate out every meal but kitchen appeared fully stocked. Also the washing machine was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the outdoor terraces. Lastly, very thoughtful to have shampoo/conditioner combo, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, electrical adaptors, coffee pods, hair dryer stocked for us to use. Not all vrbo’s do that so was very helpful and a thoughtful touch. The elevator is small, , so half of us usually took the 5 flights of stairs which we didn’t mind. The transportation she booked along with the city tax is expected to be paid in euros. We should have obtained euros in before leaving the United States but ended up exchanging at airport.
