Ivy Lane is a place for friends and family to gather and make memories while enjoying the many amenities the area has to offer. Ivy Lane is situated on the Whitefish chain which is part of a 14 chain of lakes in the Brained Lakes area. The Whitefish chain is known for boating, water sports, fishing, and it's many scenic views. There are many restaurants as well as nearby golfing, shopping, ATV, snowmobiling and bike trails. There are endless activities to be enjoyed year around. This lake home is new construction in 2018 and is perfectly situated to watch the sunset over Crosslake. It also has a dock for renter use, and a sandy swim-able lake shore for hours of water sports fun during your stay.

Our group spent most of the chilly weekend around the beautiful kitchen & fireplace. There is so much space for many people and the finishes are well executed. The area is fun & this place is close to it all! We will come back!

We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay in this beautiful lake home. Host was very responsive when we had any questions and even walked us through getting the Thursday night football game on! Lots of comfy seating in the living room. Laundry room on both floors was really convenient! Large kitchen island was great for serving/prepping food and extra fridge in the garage came in handy. Lovely patio with comfy furniture and a little solo stove for those who don’t want to wander down to the lakeside fire pit. A couple notes: the bbq grill hadn’t been cleaned in awhile and we had a grease fire that nearly ruined our steaks. Clean before you use it. The bedding, including some pillows, is worn and needs replacing. Lighting in bedrooms is quite dim. These are small issues and would not effect our recommending this lovely lake home.

We had 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 2-11), this place was perfect. There was so much space, it never felt crowded. From a fully equipped kitchen to board games and sand toys, we were in need of nothing! The sandy beach and shallow shore were great for playing and floating. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week at the Ivy Lane Cabin. We are a three generation family of 15 with children ages 3 mos to 11 years old. There was plenty of space to gather, great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a beautiful beach for the kids to play. The kids loved the lily pad and played in the water for hours each day. The hosts are easy to work with and have equipped the cabin with everything needed for a lake vacation. This is our fourth stay and we will definitely return again! Thank you Erin!

Rented a boat the beach was PERFECT for, enjoyed the patio the first night and spent the rain day having a poker tournament with Jenga in the screen porch! The fireplace was great, we got to watch the Twins and some playoff games, everyone was very impressed with the house and loved it!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house is much larger than it looks from the outside and has lots of space to hang out together. Erin's communication was great and she was very helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

We are a group of 8 "seasoned" dudes that have been gathering for many years in the CL area / Whitefish Chain area for 3 days of fall golf. We have stayed at many places on the water over the years but never the same place twice. The consensus of the crew this year is that we have finally found our "go to." Everything is classy and top shelf. The home itself is spacious and well appointed. Best stocked kitchen supplies we have encountered. I could list everything that is top rate but I would be typing forever. The postion of the home to the water is perfect. The yard is level for games. The fire pit is excellent as well. Sometimes the pictures of a VRBO are not accurate and there have been surprises. Pictures of Ivy Lane are spot on. Cutting to the chase, this place is a home run! We hope to be back.

Our extended family of 10 gathered to celebrate a graduation. We had more than enough room to spread out as well as enough room to gather! The location on the lake was ideal. Near a sandbar but not close enough to hear the noise, very minimal boat traffic, and plenty of room to play in the water both on and off the boat we brought. The home was well stocked and the owner very responsive when I had questions. We felt very spoiled spending our vacation in this home and if we return to Crosslake as a family we’ll certainly check if this home is available first!

We stayed at the property June of 2022 what a week!!! The property has everything you need! It is absolutely beautiful! A relaxing location in a bay perfect for water skiing, tubing and fishing. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Our second time renting.

We had such a wonderful weekend stay for our family Christmas celebration at this property! There was plenty of space for the 16 of us. The property was as described, clean, cozy, nicely decorated and appointed with all you need! Beds were comfortable and the bunk room was super fun to have. We enjoyed making meals together, playing games, relaxing by the fire and taking walks out on the frozen lake while the snow was falling. So thankful for the opportunity to stay here together and for the great communication and flexibility of the owner!! We would love to return to this amazing home! *an extra fridge maybe in garage would be nice for all the food needed to feed large group but we made it work😊

The house and property were beautiful! We had a family Christmas party in Crosslake so wanted a place to stay close by for the weekend that we could all stay and have family time. Myself and adult children with their families stayed for two nights. It was so much fun! The kids loved all the space and loved the bunkroom, figuring out where they wanted to sleep. The house was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to every message. We would definitely rent again.

The home and property are beautiful. The lake is great. Loved our stay. We had 3 days of rain which was much easier to take while staying in a beautiful home. Our grandchildren loved the bunk room. The only improvement I could suggest is the TV. Was not easy for an almost “senior citizen” to navigate.

Our group of 17 has zero complaints regarding the property, cleanliness, overall comfortability of our stay at Ivy Lane. We especially enjoyed the newer dock, fire pit area, and lush yard. This is our second week long stay on Crosslake. I would highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The Whitefish chain is a chain of 14 lakes and this is arguably one of the best bays on the entire chain. If you’re a boater it’s located on a calm bay very close to the sandbar and not too far from Moonlight, Zorbas and the Wharf. The property is newer so everything felt updated and very clean. We had a large crew (4 families with a combined 7 kids) and the property still felt spacious. The kids all loved the bunk room and fishing off the dock. The owner was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We would rent this place again!
