Javon the receptionist was very kind and professional. The breakfast and Complimentary drinks were really good. The high-pressure shower đźšż was Amazing. It made my showers very relaxing.
I was in Nashville celebrating my anniversary. It was not the best place to stay.The hotel seems very old and outdated. It Is in serious need of a renovation. It was not worth $200 per night and not to mention the $20 daily parking fee. I felt robbed by the price they charged me. It's way overpriced. My room had a terrible smell similar to mold or water damage. Javon the receptionist was able to switch it to a better room but there was still an old smell to it. The Television only had BASIC Cable which was not much to offer at all. It's 2026 they need to upgrade to Smart TV’s I couldn't watch any Netflix, or YouTube Tv, Prime or anything.Overall it was not to my Expectations I expected a better experience with this being a Hilton-affiliated Hotel. I was very disappointed
