We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, with stunning views that made our trip even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was very clean and tidy, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel has everything you need for a perfect holiday stay.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast - it was very tasty and a great way to start the day.
Highly recommended - we would definitely stay here again!

We had such a lovely stay at Ella Red Rock Hotel.The location was perfect,peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet just a short walk to town. Waking up to the beautiful mountain view from our balcony was truly special.
The food was fresh and flavorful, and we especially enjoyed the local dishes. What made our stay even better was the warm and welcoming staff they were always smiling and ready to help. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. We would happily stay here again. Overall, a comfortable stay with nice facilities. Highly recommended!

The viwe was the only thing that was worth it...
The way to the hotel was run down...
No vehicles could go....
And the tuk tuk coast Rs.2000 just to get there....
And no credit card payment. Had to go back to ella town wich coast another Rs.2000 for the tuk tuk
And the bill was not a print but a written piece of paper....
