This property was in a perfect location, 10m from the Vatican, 10m to Campo do Fiori and 20m in to the centre for all other attractions. You can walk anywhere if you’re feet can take it! The property is very clean and with great air con. The kitchen is very basic, however the property host, Benedetta was amazing and did all that she could to help us. She would help at any time and was so friendly, replacing things that were missing. Two good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. WiFi good✔️ We would stay here again

Our stay here in Rome was great. The owners were very communicative and responsive, and the location was right where we wanted to be on a quiet side street. The apartment has nice amenities, but it's showing some wear and was built somewhat hastily. It's a little less modern and airy than appears in the pictures. The biggest downfalls are the hard beds and especially the showers - they could use an overhaul, particularly the one in the master bedroom. Would happily stay again if they were improved.

Our family of four stayed in the apartment for four days. We found the towels, linens and kitchen were well appointed, the AC worked wonderfully, the bedrooms provided lots of space to spread out. We made use of the car service which was easy, timely and convenient. Would recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay. Booking with Alessandro was very easy and Benedetta was there to greet us when we arrived and couldn’t have been more helpful providing us with all the information we needed about the apartment and the local area. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and within walking distance of all of the main attractions. It is also close to a fantastic selection of shops, bars snd restaurants. We were totally spoilt for choice. Would highly recommend and would stay here again if visiting Rome.

Nice apartment. As a swede we file like home when it’s IKEA kitchen with more. For us it was perfect.

First and foremost, communication was always prompt and professional. The apartment itself had everything my family of 4 needed. It was clean and in a convenient location for us to do all the touring we wanted. I felt like we were "in Italy", immersed in the local atmosphere.

An amazing few days in Rome. Apartment and location added to excitement of being in Rome a few day’s before Christmas. Magical setting with all Roman spectaculars within easy reach. Apartment was perfect, very homely and everything we needed. Alessandro and Ana were perfect hosts and organised all we needed. Definitely look to stay here again when we return as still so much to explore.

For a short getaway you are in the perfect location, absolutely everything is in walking distance! Place was clean and well set up, could use a bit a bit of a update, bathroom upstairs was a bit dated. But overall great place and 5 star review!

Beautiful place, Beds not what expected

Centrally located - close to Vatican, Cafe's, shopping and multiple dining choices. Able to walk to most attractions. Utilized car service from airport which was good value and convenient. Amenities were adequate. Apartment is a little more worn than pictures portray but is a good value. Street noise at night a little loud but would stay here again.

Everything was great. The location is excellent, close to cafe’s, nice little grocery store around the corner. People were friendly, and just across the street shopping and Cafe’s with delicious food. Mr. Corsi and Anna Paula are fantastic, kind, very helpful responding to you quickly when you reach out. Love our experience, I recommend this and would stay there again. Anna Paula is lovely and so helpful. It is a great experience you’re in the center of the culture, daily life and routine of Italia.

Our check-in using their limo service from the airport was seamless and well priced. Our greeter was awesome. comfortable beds, all the accessories in house. Centrally located to everything. Will come back here

Didn’t realize that it had two winding staircases to bedrooms upstairs. Very hard to get luggage upstairs. No insulation between bedrooms or between upstairs and downstairs. I slept on pullout couch and could hear every moment from people upstairs. No extras when we arrived. Other places we stayed there was always a nice bottle of wine and your basics. The location is spectacular, we were able to walk to everything. You have everything you need just around the corner. Bakery, Cafe, supermarkets, Restaurants. Ana, assistant property manager, was exceptional - meet us early and let us put our luggage in. Very nice lady.Overall, if you don’t have more than 4 guests, I would stay there again. (There were 5 of us)

So convenient to all the major sites.

The location is excellent. It is close to many side streets with very nice, eclectic restaurants that have excellent wait staff and delicious food and wines. The apartment was not as nice in reality as portrayed in the photos. When the taxi pulled up to the doorway, we had an uneasy feeling as it is basically a double doorway opening up onto a narrow alley. It was stark. Anna Paula opened the door and welcomed us and our angst was immediately at ease as she showed us the apartment and how to use everything. In rating the apartment: Kitchen/frig/dishwasher/stove/oven: perfect Den/dining area: rather stark, the couch was rather small and had what appeared to be a slip cover over it; overall, it was sufficient Master BR: the bed size was sufficient for my wife & I albeit with a particleboard frame and minimal spread cover. The bathroom was awkward, with the shower curtain rod and curtain appearing very temporary and given the step up into/step down out of the tub, there is no grab rail and it feels tenuous getting in and out. It does have a bidet, which is nice in addition to the standard toilet. The bi-fold mirrors above the sink open up and have great storage for toiletries if you are staying for a few days which is also very nice. The other bedroom is equally sufficient with that upstairs room served by the bathroom downstairs which is also sufficient. Both rooms have independent a/c units with remotes which is nice. Each room has a single window which is nice to open but the street sweeper or late night revelers outside makes using the windows for ventilation pretty much impossible at least during our stay. It is worth noting that the windows upstairs have rebar over them along with a secondary chicken wire so they are not an exit in the event of a fire; the apartment is a one way in and one way out unit. Overall, the location of the apartment is it's major attribute; it is a convenient walk to the Vatican, or in the opposite direction to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Borghese gallery, the Coliseum, Circus Maximus/Forum, etc. In additions s previously referenced, there is a market closely for morning capuccino and croissant runs and as well, the local restaurants that are an easy and close walk to enjoy. We would recommend and would stay there again, understanding the unit itself is a 'no frills' place to stay but the location is premium.

The property was perfect for our family trip as we were gone most of the days and then really only slept at ManRay. It was close to many bus stations (2-3 minute walks), grocery stores, restaurants, and cute walking streets.

This apartment is centrally located near the main road. Easy access to many sites. Alessandro and AnaPaula were always available for any questions and provided information on nearby restaurants, stores and an app for taxi service. We had a wonderful stay.

The apartment was wonderful; located Central to all sightseeing spots, great restaurants that were recommended by Anna Paula, grocery store nearby and hop on hop off bus stop was a short walk away. There apartment was spotless, the kitchen had the the appliances, dishes and glassware, oh and a wine bottle opener that was quite useful in Italy. Anna Paula also sent my sister and I am email with information on anything we would need while in Rome. Also they set up transfers from the airport to the apartment, which helped so much ❤️❤️❤️.

Highly recommend!! You couldn’t beat the location. This apartment is situated so that you’re able to walk to ALL the “must see” sites, but you’re not on a noisy street. Another amazing aspect of this listing was Ana Paula’s fantastic recommendations - from caffe, gelato, and, of course, dinners. Every place she recommended was exceptional. Do NOT miss a single restautant she suggests. The only downside to this place was that there were only a few windows in the apartment so it was a little dark, and gave it a bit of a basement feel. All in all, this was a fantastic spot!

This property was in a great location to get around to most of the sites in Rome/Vatican. Many places were within 20-30 minutes walk. Easy access to buses. Lots of choices for restaurants only a short walk. Nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Although the upstairs bathroom was a bit tight/narrow, it was still sufficient.

Alessandro very accomodating, our flight was delayed 1.5 days, still had easy check-in and car met us at airport and was easily able to extend stay an extra day. Apartment was very nice for our family...2 adults and 1 child. Nice neighborhood. Walking distance, near Vatican City, Piazza Navona. Also 20-minute walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Highly recommend. Enjoyed our time in Roma!!

This was a great apartment for our family of 4 adults. The kitchen/eating area is great. The two bedrooms which are upstairs were spacious and comfortable. Located on ground floor so very accessible and in a quieter neighborhood although you do hear some traffic when it goes by. Dishwasher and laundry were very useful. Had great communication with managers and they were great in juggling our arrival meeting due to flight delays. They also provided some local restaurant and grocery store options. Close to Vatican, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Campo Fiori market. More of a walk to Coloseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We found taking a taxi to those areas very convenient and reasonable with the taxi app they provided and taxis were great after a lot of walking sightseeing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family!

Floors were so creaky that 1 person going to the bathroom would wake up everyone in the whole apartment. Otherwise, ok.

The rental is in a lovely location with easy access to many fabulous sites, restaurants, and amenities. There is a wonderful bakery around the corner with delicious breakfast and coffee. There also is a market just down the street. The area is safe and walking distance to most things or just a quick taxi ride. The app for taxis provided by Ana Paula was very helpful. Allessandro was very responsive and provided lots of area information. It is also convenient to the S. Pietro train station if you are in need of travel to nearby areas.

Plenty of room for a family of 5. Nice location that allowed us to walk while exploring Rome. Plenty of great places to eat nearby.
