About this condo rental
Located in Puerto del Carmen, this lovely condo for $126 per night is a great choice for your next trip. More than just a holiday home, our apartment offers a degree of luxury you will not want to leave. As you enter you will be delighted by the light, the décor and the views of the ocean and mountains. As part of your welcome, we provide tea, coffee, sugar and milk; bottled water, fruit juice, beer and wine. Now your holiday should be off to the perfect start! After you have made yourself at home, you can take a moment to read through the Welcome Information Pack. We have provided all the information you will need to access the WiFi, use the internet TV, the air conditioning and generally orient yourself with the apartment. We have also given directions and maps so that you can quickly find your way to the supermarket etc. and around Puerto del Carmen and the Old Town Harbour. We have provided a safe, so that you have peace of mind knowing that your valuables are secure while you are away from the apartment. Not only do you have the full package of British TV channels, but also Film on Demand, Catch Up TV, and radio. You also have free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and on the terrace, which is unlimited. The terrace is a great area for relaxing, eating, reading and of course sunbathing, but the Lanzarote sun is very strong, and even on the occasional hazy day, it is easy to burn in a short time. We have installed a retractable sun awning which will provide a shaded area over the terrace, ideal for enjoying a siesta! We have invested in the most comfortable, king size breathable mattress, so that each morning you will wake up after a good night’s sleep feeling refreshed. We believe that holidays are about rest and relaxation as well as having fun! We have taken great care to provide ambient lighting throughout the apartment and the terrace, including beautiful crystal fittings which can be dimmed to the make the most relaxing and romantic atmosphere. There is a double USB socket in the living area for recharging mobile phones, cameras and other portable devices and so there is no need to pack an adaptor. The kitchen is fully integrated and equipped to the highest standard. The apartment is situated in a very private part of the complex and yet it is just a short stroll to the pool, communal sunbathing area and café. All of the apartments on the complex are privately owned and as a community, we take great pride in keeping it to the highest standards.

This is one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in. Everything was exceptional from booking to departure. Louise collected us and dropped us at the airport, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself is definitely home from home. Comfy bed, comfy furniture, everything you need in the kitchen, all the channels you need on the TV. The piece de resistance is the spaciousness terrace with spectacular views.
I've never seen such a large welcome pack. We had absolutely everything for the first few days.
The location is perfect for access to the old town, the strip, and a few minutes walk to the local bars and restaurants and large supermarket.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Louise's apartment and will certainly be back.

Fantastic apartment on a really nice complex. Louise was brilliant with excellent communication including accommodating us when Ryanair messed with our flights, arranging pick up and drop off at airport and providing a welcome pack which was much appreciated. The apartment is as shown in the photos. It is very well equipped and of a modern design. You will get a good nights sleep as the bed is very comfortable. The balcony is great for sunbathing and for sitting in the shade. The views are also amazing. We would return to this apartment however as my husband has some mobility issues he did struggle with the location, but this in no way reflects on this wonderful apartment. The owner was so helpful which was very much appreciated and provided a nice starter pack of basics for our arrival. The pool area was very quiet and we could go down to the pool at 10am and be the first ones there! What the owner did that we thought was over and above was to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. She was also available to us if we’re to experience any issues, which we did not.

Just back from this fabulous apartment with the most amazing sea views in the old town of Puerto del Carmen. The owner Louise was great picking us up from the airport and taking us back. She provided an excellent welcome pack as well as all the basic things needed for a self catering stay. More than happy to recommend and would definitely return!

Louise is an amazing host. Everything was just perfect. The apartment is beautiful and all the little additions with Louise picking us up from the airport showing us the area on our way to the apartment the welcome wine and beers and snacks plus return to airport. Did not want to leave was like home from home

We booked Louise's place after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures , we were not disappointed in any way. Louise goes out of her way to make your stay the best it can be. Firstly she collected us from the airport and laid on some beer and wine plus a few essentials at the apartment ready for our arrival. The apartment is as good as it looks and the balcony was perfect for lounging in the sun. It is on a hill but we walked everywhere as it's not far from the Old town and also the newer part and the strip with loads of bars and restaurants. We couldn't rate this apartment any higher and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Puerto del Carmen. Louise even took us back to the airport. She really is a top host.

In one way I can say without any doubt that this has been the best place we have stayed in Lanzarote but I kinda want to keep it to myself. Spotless, beautiful view, all very well equipped and Louise is so lovely. We really couldn’t have asked for more

Property was spotless and the view was to die for. Lovely big balcony with sunbeds to lounge around on all day if you wish. Louise was amazing and kindly collected us from the airport and dropped us off aswell. We had the most relaxing 10 days.

Sometimes I find that reviews and pictures are flattering but not in this case. Everything was as we expected. Property and location are first class, although not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Louise is the perfect host.

Amazing apartment
Lovely apartment, well equipped for a self catering holiday. The apartment is very modern and clean, spacious balcony with beautiful views of sea and mountains. The balcony is very private it has comfy sun beds and south facing for sun worshipers with shaded area if required by others. The service Louise and her mother Helen, provides is excellent from picking us up and returning us to the airport. The welcome pack was lovely giving us essentials and some luxury items so we did not need to go to shop day of arrival.
The location of the apartment is near the old town and harbour with plenty of restaurants close by however it is also close to the main strip with additional restaurants and bars.
We had an excellent holiday and would highly recommend the apartment

WoW what can we say
We thought that Louise collecting use from the airport was good, but on arrival at the apartment where do we start. Great view, the apartment had everything and more that we needed, and Louise had provided all the essentials. We needed some R&R and that’s what we got. Love the apartment especially the shower. Huge thanks, hope to stay again.

December sun and warmth
The apartment was exactly as shown on the website. Like most properties in the resort it is down hill into town but a bit of a climb after a good meal. Good exercise for the thighs!! Taxis are cheap and plentiful.
Louise is an excellent hostess, collecting us from the airport and taking us back. She left many basic necessities including beer and wine meaning grocery shopping was not a priority.
All round excellent stay and we hope to return.

We have just returned from an amazing 2 week stay in this fantastic apartment. Louise the owner and her mother Helen go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you need to make this the perfect holiday accommodation. Several days before we were due to fly out Louise contacted us to see if we needed picked up at the airport but we already had a transferred arranged and paid for. When we arrived at the apartment we were greeted by Louise and Helen and they gave us the guided tour explaining how everything worked. Louise gave us her mobile number to contact her on if we had any problems. The apartment was spotless, sleek and modern and all the electrical appliances are new and up-to-date. The kitchen is extremely well kitted out with everything you could possibly need. There was an extensive welcome pack, which included a bottle of wine and 6 beers, not to mention the soft drinks, milk, water and all the snacks. very impressive!! The views from the terrace out to sea are amazing and we watched the sunset over the mountains in the evening. The apartment was well stocked with all the cleaning products you could possibly need. It’s all these little things that add up and show you how much time and care Louise has taken to provide everything you could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was loads of storage space in the bedroom. The apartment is in a great location, it’s a 5 minute walk to Biosfera Plaza Shopping Centre, there is a large well stocked Hiperdino within a 5 minute walk, 15 minutes walk takes you to the main strip and 10 minutes walk takes you to the old town harbour. We have been holidaying in Lanzarote for 20 years, we have stayed in hotels, villas and private apartments but I have to say this is the best accommodation we have stayed at. We will be booking this apartment again when we work out our dates. You are both doing a superb job ladies, keep up the great work.

This apartment is in a great location close to bars and restaurants. However it is really peaceful out on the terrace with great views out to sea. Louise the owner goes above and beyond with her welcome pack and hospitality. We loved our time spent there.

When we got to apartment she showed us round, Explained how things worked, there was a comprehensive book of all things we needed to know to make our stay perfect, & a wonderful welcome pack of goodies. From the minute we stepped into apartment we felt at home and the decor is just stunning. Pre-visit Louise kept us updated on all of the COVID-19 related info that may have had an impact on our stay. She sent us links for all relevant forms we needed and all information. Louise assured us that she was there for anything we needed during our stay & gave us contact numbers to call her. We also met Helen, Louise's wonderful mum, who also has a beautiful apartment on Colina Del Sol. There are plenty of beaches shops restaurants & bars within walking distance & taxis are really reasonable & reliable. I could go on & on but I’d run out of space . I finish by saying that this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in & will be booking as soon as next years holiday dates are confirmed. I would give this more than 5* if it was possible. This is by far the best apartment we have stayed in, ever!
It is so clean, well presented with everything you would need and Louise the owner compliments it all with her helpfulness and is only a phone call away should you ever need her help.
Right from the moment we were met on arrival at the airport by Louise and her mother Helen and throughout our stay they just couldn`t do enough for us. So a big thank you to them for helping us enjoy our stay in the fabulous apartment.

Beautiful apartment!! Luxurious furnishings, very comfortable bed, every utensil you need and spectacular view. Owner Louise and her mum Helen are lovely and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is stress free. Would say this area is unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems as it’s quite hilly. We will definitely be booking this apartment again.

Just returned today from a fabulous time in this wonderful apartment.....really is 5 star and luxurious and more than met our expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend to family/friends and will definitely return in future subject to availability of course as aware calendar already busy most of next year... Louise and mum Helen are very friendly and helpful and can take pride in what they offer and do for holidaymakers. Nothing is too much trouble for them and always at end of phone if needed...beautiful apartment with beautiful views and really is a gem in the sun!!!!

Definite 5 star accomodation
Fantastic apartment in a great location. Louise and her mother really nice people and supplied so many of the essentials we didn't bother going to the shop until later in our second day. We have stayed in many nice apartments in multiple resorts, but without doubt this has been the nicest one we have stayed in. We can't recommend it enough

5*Luxury!
Myself and my husband had a truly magnificent week from being picked up at the airport by Louise and Helen to being brought back to the airport on the day we were leaving, what a delightful team! This was our 9th trip to PDC and we have never witnessed this calibre of apartment , not to mention airport transfer which was definetly a first! The location is fab with the entrance from behind the shopping centre making shopping at Lidl or the lovely Spar very accessible and the entrance from Calle Reina Sofia bringing you to old town in minutes. The "Welcome Pack" was incredible as was the cleanliness of apartment on arrival. To top it off was the comfort of an amazing bed and a 47" screen to watch Tiger win "The Masters".
