Skvělé,určitě bych se zde ubytovala znovu.

Úžasně klidné a čisté místo,personál maximálně ochotný vyhovět v čem jsem potřebovala. Byla jsem v Brně na náročném kurzu a díky tomuto zázemí jsem si i skvěle odpočala.

Hezké ubytování ve fajn městě

Ubytování i parkování v pořádku . Personál neskutečně milý se snahou plně vyhovit přáním zákazníků . Ubytování čisté, v hezké čtvrti v těsné blízkosti centra. Byla jsem celkově spokojená a do tohoto ubytování bych se v případě pobytu v Brně vrátila.

Pokud máte velké auto, pak je trochu obtížnější parkování v podzemních garážích . Z celého pozitivního dojmu mě jen trochu mrzela proležená matrace a společná kuchyňka .

I loved that the place is in the central so everything it’s close .

Only that you can hear a noises from different flats as the acoustic I guess .

Good

Separate keys for both of us, little kitchen (microwave, fridge, kettle, dishes). A big room (usually for 2 people rooms are smaller). Parking spot in the garage.

In the beginning it's hard to find (we park the car and go to 3 floor, then to 1 floor where the reception and the clinic is - I didn't know that it's related :D ) - it's not a minus if you like riddle's :D

Once Brno, Always Brno! I will try this hotel again!

Everything was mostly fine! Quite place near city center! Good and safe place with friendly host. Isolated and clean place.

Kitchen is shared, but OK! Also, I need to turn on air conditioner, as central gas system did not work, but Ok.

Very good experience in a well located room.

The place is quiet, safe and very well located in Brno in the Center of Brno behind the Castle, University..., in the same block of buildings (it s a big one) is Pivnice U Čápa a Pub where to try traditional Czech food and Beer. The space is very clean and modern. It is inner courtyard, but a very big patio feel like exterior but safer. It is looking East which makes the room sunny in the mornings and quiet at night.

The room size is not 30 m2, more like 20 if we count half of the shared kitchen, for me alone it was fine.

Restful and wonderful

Everything was good. I greatly enjoyed my stay there. It was quiet and clean. Highly recommend if anyone would like to have a restful holiday here

Expected better stay for the price paid.

Excellent location, clean room, staff service and communication.

poor quality pillows, small bed size, looks like hospital room. Shared Kitchenette not convenient to use.

Room has shared kitchen with a second apartment. Building is a plastic surgery clinic.

Very quiet location. Near to centre.

two nice days in brno

thank lucky chance I had the better room than I ordered. this new apartment on the fifth floor with small terrace was great, amazing and very comfortable. just one small detail, the elevator is not going to this floor, only to the floor below, so for whom, who have heavy luggage it could be a little problem. there are some fine restaurants in this area, both days I went jogging to the špilberg hill... there is a small kitchen with all the necessary types of equipment, a big bathroom. everything what you need.

Really good, but overpriced on Booking.

As I understand the property is represented on booking.com by some agency, which raises the price more than 4 times compared to local price at the desk. I would highly recommend to get in touch with the property directly and not through some greedy agency.

Nice quiet place in a pretty central location, with private parking.

This is a plastic surgery clinic that rents their vacant healing rooms to the tourists during weekends and holidays. So everything is clean and tidy there.

The beds are sort of hospital beds, with vinyl-covered mattresses and motorized remotes to adjust body position. You feel a bit funny when lying on this bed -- people who have ever had a misfortune to lie on a hospital bed will understand what I mean.
