Terrible experience.

They told me the apartment was not available on the day of arrival after I had already landed in Miami. No real effort to provide a reasonable solution, no alternative accommodation arranged, and no support. After that, they completely ignored my messages. If I had not urgently booked another hotel myself, I would have been left without a place to stay. This was extremely stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Based on my experience, this feels like a straight scam. Do not stay here.

Location and the views from the unit

Condo is tired and in need of repair to vents and serious touchups on painting. It really detracts from what could be a lovely unit. The lobby elevator area is a mess but nothing you can do about that construction.
