Carolina Cottage has just the right amount of space for any family looking to get away. From the master bedroom, you'll be able to enjoy a view over the Intracoastal. Wake up refreshed in this 3Bd/1.5 Bath Townhome and enjoy your morning coffee and sunrise over the beautiful Marsh and crystal blue waters of the ICWW. With a boat slip and deep water access in the backyard getting ready to create lasting family adventure. Boating Kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just observing all the sea life the ICWW has to offer. Backyard barbecues, Corn Hole, and other outdoor games make this home perfect to stay active while relaxing. Family walks or bike rides around the WB Loop that lead straight to WB, The WB Museum, Park, shops, and restaurants are what this perfectly located Townhome has to offer. Come experience “The Salt Life”! For larger groups, check out the next-door unit and rent out both sides to enjoy all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer together. Parking instructions: Parking for 48B is on the right side of gravel parking area when facing the house. 2-3 cars depending on the size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. **Construction is taking place next door Monday thru Saturday 8 am -6 pm, this may impact noise levels in the vicinity during these times.** Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given. **Please note: All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.** Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! We visit Wrightsville beach quite a bit and have stayed a lot of places. We love to bring the kids and our golden retriever. This was a great location for everything we enjoy doing while we’re there. Super close to the beach. The backyard with the dock is great. The kayaks were fun. The bikes are not in great shape so we didn’t even try. The grill was not clean and buggy. The house is old and it shows. There are more bugs than I’d prefer and it smells musty with all the window units. Overall, it’s not terrible if you’re mostly there for outdoor activities and on the go.

We had a great experience with booking this home. It wasn’t too far from the beach and the kids and I enjoyed a nice getaway. Having the fire pit, canoes, and bikes created an even better experience for the kids. It isn’t as new as others nearby but if you care more about the memory you will enjoy this cute and cozy duplex.

I really recommend this property for family with bigger kids like us. It is very nice that we can do finishing, kayaking, swimming, site viewing in the back yard. We saw dolphin one day. It has two kayaks and 4 bicycles. The beach is just a mile away and the property has beach towels, balls, beach chairs/umbrella, etc. We also visited Wilmington which is not far. The place is a little pricy, but it is worth the money with all of these amenities and convenience.

We enjoy this home because it is on the water and includes a boat dock. That’s the most important feature for me. The house is in a nice location, this is a safe area, nice area to walk, ride bikes and enjoy backyard.

Loud construction next door with a new house being built. Also the yard was very buggy to the point where we really couldn’t be in the yard or dock until we bought bug spray.

Great home with great location
Really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the dock/kayaks and used them a lot. We saw dolphins off the dock one day and the kids caught all kinds of fish (big Flounder within 3 minutes). Easy walk to the beach/ocean and Poe's Tavern which was a good restaurant for family meals. Washer /Dryer and dishwasher were a plus and the home was nicely appointed and very comfortable from the start. We will be back....
