About this villa rental
Situated in Fiumicino, this lovely villa for $192 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Hello everyone!! ^^ We welcome you in a pretty villa in the center of Fiumicino, where you can easily find bars, shops and the market on Saturdays. Just 5 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from Rome, 10 minutes from the famous ruins of ancient Ostia. Independent entrance, veranda with independent kitchen and barbecue, outdoor masonry shower. Living room with kitchenette. Breakfast not provided (as apartment) A sweet hammock in the center of the garden that will cradle you for a sweet rest. Access to a large garden with veranda where you can easily dine and dine in summer with a fantastic stone barbecue. Independent outdoor kitchen. In the back of the house there are wires to hang clothes and a delightful outside shower (I personally once inside I would not go out anymore :). You will come to a 75 sqm villa, independent entrance, totally autonomous, if you need us we are in the house next door (and we will never be disturbed, we will come to your villa. In the common room of 16 sqm you will find the kitchen corner with everything you need to make it stand alone, with an attached 40 "TV and a comfortable sofa bed that turns into 5 seconds net in a double bed. In the small corridor at the entrance you will find the dining corner with kettle and microwave. You will feel at home! My father Michele and my mother Enza are extremely available people for any request or help. We do not like to pay for the cleaning costs (we offer it), in return we ask that the house be left in a decorative manner respecting the guests who will come in the days to come. Signature of a small contract of a few lines as a pure apartment. It is strictly forbidden to organize parties, birthday dinners with too many people (the structure is not suitable) stag / hen parties. pets are not allowed ---------------------------- Hello everyone !! ^^ We welcome you in a pretty house in the center of Fiumicino, where you can easily find bars, shops and a market on Saturday. We do not like to make you pay for the cleaning costs (we offer it), in return we ask that the house be left in a condition in respect of the next guests who will come in the next days after you live. A small contract (few rows) must be signed (cause Italian laws for the whole house, Does not imply anything other than a normal reservation)

The apartment was just right for our night in Rome before our early morning flight. David was extremely attentive and communicative, assuring a smooth checkin and arranging the early morning taxi.

Close proximity to the Rome Airport. Great host, he understands & speaks English really well. He helped accommodate anything we needed, including calling on our behalf to reserve/schedule a taxi to the airport on our departure day.

The owner, David, is extremely helpful and pleasant, and was happy to arrange a cab to the airport for us and answer any questions we might have had. The place is kept wonderfully clean, and is very modern and up-to-date. The decor is wonderfully eclectic and very welcoming. The layout is a little bit unusual, with the two bathrooms side-by-side and separated from the bedrooms by the living area, but that is just a wrinkle. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would heartily recommend.

If you need somewhere to stay near the airport, this property is great! We rented this property from David for a 1 night stay. We had an early flight out of FCO and had to be at the airport at approx 4 AM. Not only was the property near the airport, but it was very comfortable and the AC actually worked! We actually woke up cold in the night for the first time on our trip! David was an amazing host and even helped us schedule a taxi pickup for 4 am to get us to the airport on time. I wish we could have had more time there to relax and enjoy his patio area!

We stayed here for a night after our cruise. Host, David, was fantastic and very accommodating for us. Apartment was very clean, beds comfortable and as advertised. AC worked great. Within easy walking distance to several markets and all the restaurants along the river. Would definitely stay again. Thanks David!

David was easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. His parents met us at the apartment and were very friendly and showed us around. The apartment was very clean. Close to restaurants. Apartment is only 5 minutes from the Rome airport FCU. David set up a taxi for us to be picked up at 7 am.

We had such a great stay at David’s property. He was kind enough to open up his rental while out of town and put us in touch with his family who lives next-door to take care of checking us in and making sure we were comfortable and situated. His parents were absolutely fabulous And both my dad my sister and I all fell in love with them. David’s mom even went as far as to walk us down the street to show us the best coffee shop and pizza place in the area. Talk about Italian hospitality!
The rental was equipped with more than we had expected. Fresh bottles of water for us in the fridge, great bedding and towels, and everything was super clean. Of course we had wanted to stay at this location as it was so close to airport for our international flight the next day, but wanted a beautiful backyard to enjoy during the day at the end of a two-week trip when we knew we would be exhausted. We fully enjoyed the backyard in the loungers and enjoyed the beautiful string lights in the evening in the backyard before the mosquitoes came out.
Our family all said, make sure to leave a great review for this place. David was very good about communicating with me ahead of time and like I said, was kind enough to open up his home to us even when he be blocked off the time frame for his personal holiday.

Lovely property and walkable neighborhood with good restaurants. David is a gracious and responsive host! We flew in a day before our cruise departure and enjoyed quiet location for rest and conversation. Airport is nearby so taxi connection was easy and we were only an hour from our cruise port. We should have stayed longer at David’s house. Perfect location with walk-in distance to breakfast options and many dinner choices. His house is beautiful, AC was appreciated (there were 106 degrees that day), everything was very clean and the appartement was equipped with everything we needed. There is a beautiful garden also. David did above and beyond to accommodate us and responded very fast to all of our requests. Would highly recommend his place. Very close to the airport as well.

David and his entire family were the most welcoming and warmest people we met during two week trip to italy. The apartment was as described we provided everything our family needed told him that the next time we come to Italy we were playing the stay longer.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet -- just what we needed. It's a very nice, large space with a beautiful courtyard. We parked right outside the door. David was very responsive to our emails. Because my daughter wasn't feeling well when we reached Fiumicino, I reached out to ask about an early check in. He couldn't have been more accommodating. Within a half-hour, he met us at the apartment, showed us the space, and let us in 2.5 hours earlier than the normal check-in time. He also asked us not to hesitate to reach out, if we needed anything.

The apartment is gorgeous, elegant, spacious, quiet, and clean, including a wonderful patio. David is by far the most generous, kind, warm and caring host we've encountered. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, guiding us to a delicious restaurant, helping us get there (thanks for that ride!) and arranging our taxi to the airport. We were very sad to leave Italy, and staying at David & family's place gave us a final, warm Arrivederci. Thank you so much, David! Be well.

This place is beautifully set, full of serenity inside out its very welcoming. unique with all updated amenities. Hidden Jewel few min from FCO airport. down the streets like 5min or so a lot of restaurants, fresh fruit stands and supermarkets. easy access to Rome for connecting points with the train and metro. haha we paid Euro 1.50 each from Rome to our Vrbo .David and his family are very wonderful people, you can't say enough about them so gracious caring they immediately make you feel at home and very welcoming, The Vrbo has separate entry way and separate from the main house, David's brother Raffaele is ever ready to help you navigate the area book a taxi or show you the bus stop and of course the house has the pamphlets/ direction on how you can manage yourself. Very safe area and place .I definitely recommend this hidden jewel

This fantastic apartment is about a 7-minute drive to FCO airport. David arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 06:30; the taxi arrived on time. The apartment has great air-conditioning and WiFi, very clean, well designed, has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. David is a great host overall; his English is very good (my Italian is not) and he is quick to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. I highly recommend this accommodation.

A gem!
This is a little gem. The property was very clean, nicely equipped, everything you need for a stay. The patio with the outdoor kitchen and front yard made it a delight to sit outdoors in the evening. David and his family were exceptional, right from communicating before, and during the booking, and the welcoming check in to checkout. We will definitely recommend this property to our family, friends, and anyone booking in Fumincini.

We were 3 couples staying overnight for an early flight out of Rome the next day. It was a fantastic stay. The house was clean, modern, very beautiful. We all loved it, and our stay was wonderful. The garden in back was delightful, and the property owners were so kind and helpful. There is a beautiful area along the river with many excellent restaurants for dining (take a right outside the gates and another right to access the area with a short walk). There are local markets within a short walk for groceries. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely stay again if we were in the area.
