Location is excellent and the villa is spacious
Cleanliness although I appreciate that loads of building work is surrounding the property making it very dusty.
No water or welcome pack as previously (although there was a bottle of wine)which would be difficult if you had a late arrival like us.
Not sufficient equipment in the kitchen or faulty e.g pedal bin not working and kettle wouldn’t switch off on it’s own

Position was fantastic, lovely sized pool private pool
It does need some TLC. The toaster blew the electrics twice so we did t use it
The showers were very poor, trickling out and the main bathroom shower was split so could t be used
We cleaned the pool area most days but the mop was filthy
Both fans that were in the villa did not work either, so feel a little maintenance could be used to make it excellent

Great location, good comms from the owners, the welcome pack, heated pool, fresh towels. Our 2nd visit! The Marina is just a few moments walk away, with some of the best bars and restuaurants on Lanzarote practically on the doorstep

The location was very good for access to the marina bars and restaurants.
The property was not as shown in the photographs.
The property was tired with the furniture being old and mismatched.
The overall cleanliness of the property was poor with the soft furnishings and cushions being particularly soiled
The pool wasn’t clean and had a covering of sand on the bottom.
No instructions were provided on how to use the door entry system.
General communication from the property management fell way below the anticipated standard.
