Location was amazing! Restaurant/bar below was cute! City is magnificent!
Room had no windows and was very hot despite it being quite cool outside. Poor ventilation and stale air. Nobody was ever at reception and I was there 6 nights.

Would have found it helpful if booking.com could have informed me of potential waiting times at airport when arriving at Krakow airport. We had to que for 3 hours in order to get biometrics which lead to our transfer fee doubling as they had to wait at airport a considerably length of time.

Great for my family. Everyone had their own bed and enough room to sort their belongings. Everywhere was clean. 1 minute walk to the old town square so great location.
Very noisy with groups of woman and men coming back late. Curtain didnt block out the light and didn't cover the window. Window wasn't sound proof. Also I had bed bugs either in my bed or on my pillow as I got bitten all over my shoulders, forehead, elbow and arm. Room 2, 3rd bed along. No one else in my groupYs got bitten just me.
