Bright, sunny, and with a great view! ☀️ In all my travels, I’ve rarely had a room like this. My room was on the 4th floor, and I really enjoyed spending time there — although, of course, I had to drag myself out to explore the city! 😄
The staff were warm and welcoming.
I don’t drive and had a large suitcase with me, so getting from Wien Wolf in der Au train station to the hotel was a bit of a challenge. That said, I had deliberately chosen this hotel because I wanted to experience staying on this side of Vienna, so I knew what I was getting into.
Breakfast was available for €11.50 and was good.
There was no minibar or fridge in the room, but there were a couple of vending machines in the lobby, including a coffee machine. There also seemed to be a bar in the lobby, although I didn’t use it.
A few things worth mentioning:
The lighting in the room wasn’t particularly bright at night, so it could feel a little dark.
If, like me, you don’t drive, the walk between the hotel and the nearby bus or train stop can be quite dark and may feel a little intimidating if you’re travelling alone, especially at night. That said, I felt the area was safe.
I usually prefer a walk-in shower, but the hotel has bathtubs instead. This wasn’t really a complaint for me, though, as the photos made it clear what to expect when booking.

The hotel was very easy to reach. It is positioned on the highway, right before you enter Vienna.
Friendly staff, free parking.
Safe and well surrounded by its fence.

It was more like a budget hotel, thats all.
Also free parking.
The first thing we saw ehen we opened the bathroom was unflushed seat, that was disgusting to be honest, this means the toilette wasnt opened or cleaned.
Also the fan, it was working, but it cant even stand on its own legs, we had to balance it under the table.
There were some bugs as well that we had to kill.
