We always use these apartments and have for the last 10 years or more, often 3 times a year.
The awful rude lady on reception. Absolutely no customer rapport or smile. We dread approaching reception when she is behind the desk. This is the only downside. The other staff clearly understand customer service and are always happy to assist. The cleaners do a lovely job and always greet you if you pass them or see them.

Loved the area the restaurant was good staff 10 out of ten good supermarket next door
Apartment was abit dated needs to be painted doors were bad we were lucky we got a good Apartment but friends were with us there apartmentos was up a very steep hill a lot of steps not suitable for any one with walking problems

Very easy for bars and restaurants
The beds were very uncomfortable due to MDF boards instead of slats on the beds, it was supposed to be free wifi throughout the complex we were given Internet codes which didn't work we asked several times, however when you have children who chat with their friends
