Nice ground floor apartment with two bedrooms, living room and bathroom on the front line of the Playa de Arinaga. All units are exterior.
It is new and is fully equipped. quiet, bright and modern building. Ideal for rest !. Located in an environment with all necessary services (health centers, cultural, transportation, etc).

It is a centrally on for the rest of the island.

This apartment is spacious and has the benefit of the most wonderful views. Not mentioned is the stunning roof terrace that has marvellous 360• views across several bays. There is, perhaps, not enough explanation of using the facilities and I had to message the owner frequently over the first few days.
My advice is to ensure that you know how to switch on the hot water, where the washing machine is and possibly how to connect the WiFi before you book.
I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay away from the tourism of other parts of Gran Canaria. Arinaga is only 6 miles from the airport- so no long bus transfers, but very little to no plane intrusion noise.
Be aware that there are steps up to the apartment despite being advertised as ground floor. However the building is wheelchair accessible through the garage as the lift services all floors from the garage to roof.
Excellent value for money, friendly and helpful owner and the perfect place for a break at any time of the year. We stayed in December and loved it.

We used Arinaga as a starting point for trips around the island and it worked perfectly. Very nice and clean apartment in a quiet area - that was exactly what we was needed at the end of a long day. Francisco is a great guy, he provided absolutely everything what we could possibly need...Each day we have been going back 'home' which is much more nice feeling than going back to hotel...

The apartment is very close to the sea with windows you can open to really hear the waves. It does not have a balcony which was slightly disappointing. Everything in the apartment is new and you have everything you need to cook.
