From the moment we arrived, everything felt exclusive, serene, and thoughtfully curated. The architecture alone is breathtaking with the open-air design of the sanctuaries, providing uninterrupted views of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. Waking up to that panorama each morning was an experience we’ll never forget!
The service was exceptional throughout our stay. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Every detail was handled seamlessly, making it easy to completely relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The dining was equally impressive, with beautifully presented dishes that highlighted fresh, local ingredients and bold island flavors. We opted for the modified meal plan (MAP), which included breakfast and dinner, and it was absolutely worth it. Breakfast was served directly in our sanctuary with generous portions, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.For dinner, we dined at the Jade Mountain Club each evening, where they featured a different menu daily. Every dish was unique, creative, and packed with flavour. The culinary experience felt elevated and we genuinely looked forward to seeing what the chef had prepared each night.
Jade Mountain is more than just a resort, it’s an experience. It’s romantic, peaceful, and truly one of the most unique places we’ve ever stayed. If you’re looking for something unforgettable in Saint Lucia, this is it!
