Tween Waters offers a spacious, unique layout with 2 separate living areas, 2 kitchens, 2 washers/dryers, 2 levels of decks, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 1st Floor: Queen w/attached full bath Queen w/attached full bath Queen w/attached full bath Queen Bunk (Tw/Tw) + Bunk (Tw/Tw) Full Bath 2 washing machines/dryers Full Kitchen Den with queen sleeper sofa Covered outdoor deck overlooking Gulf (with plenty of seating) 2nd Floor: King Master Suite w/attached full bath and access to deck Main dining area with seating for 10 at the table Main living area Main kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 6 Spacious outdoor deck overlooking the Gulf (with plenty of seating) Balcony off the front overlooking Little Lagoon 3rd Floor: Cupola with balcony with chaise lounges high above Gulf Small indoor seating area with 360 degree views Please note that a portion of this home can be closed off to make a “mother-in-law” suite with 2-3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area separated from the rest of the house. If this area is not closed off, two bedrooms will be pass-thru to the first floor living/kitchen area. Tween Waters sleeps a maximum of 15 guests: 14 in beds plus one (or two) on sleeper sofa. Each bedroom and each living area has independent satellite TV service. WiFi is available throughout the home. Enjoy our outdoor living space with incredible views. Numerous options available for seating/dining on one of our two decks that provide both shaded and full sun areas. Our private (personal) wooden boardwalk, provides easy access to the beach from the house and can be accessed from all levels of the house. An outdoor shower is available on the boardwalk. Take a short stroll and enjoy Laguna Key and its amenities. Whether it’s swimming in the community pool, playing a game of tennis, shooting some "hoops", fishing in Little Lagoon or building castles in the sand, this house, with its community amenities, has something for everyone! Our home is highly rated by our guests. The uninhabited coastal region of Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge and it's undisturbed beauty is a very short walk down the beach. Tween Waters does not allow events with more than 15 people and you must be at least 30 years old to rent. Laguna Key does not allow more than 4 cars per house. Violators will be towed. Only registered guests are allowed to use Laguna Key amenities. No boats, trailers or RV's allowed. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR.

The property was well appointed and very clean. Great location, as the beach was private, and we virtually had the beach to ourselves. If you are looking for a terrific place that is away from all the tourism this is it. You have to drive 5-20 min for restaurants, but its a very easy drive. There are beach chairs provided which was nice as well. Oh, and the pool was a great change of pace for the grandkids.. Andrea was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again!

Adequate on line Description of home Stunning views from back of house and deck Laguna Key is a gated community away from the crowds. Peaceful and relaxing!!! Feel like you have your own beautiful private beach at your back door If needed Andrea is friendly and responds promptly! Our family of 8 Adults and 6 children had a wonderful time!!!

Our stay was amazing! We had a family reunion with ages ranging from 4-80 years old and everyone had a wonderful time. The views were fantastic and it felt like we had our own beach the entire week. This is an ideal spot for a large family vacation or a family reunion where you want to enjoy each other's company and stay away from the crowds and traffic. Owner was great to work with and when we had a slight issue with an exterior door not opening, we alerted the owner and a handyman showed up within a couple hours to fix it. I can't recommend this property enough and the owner was so easy to work with. You definitely won't be disappointed if you stay here.

The home is as lovely as the pictures show. Great layout for large families. There's plenty of covered and uncovered deck space. Andrea responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had an amazing time on vacation at this property. It easily accommodated the 13 people who were in our group. The property was beautiful and had direct access to the beach. Plenty of space and had activities and sand toys for the kids to use. Neighborhood was quiet and not overcrowded. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in Gulf Shores.

Everything about our week long stay was absolutely amazing. A beautiful spacious home with our own stretch of beach in a private gated subdivision. The home had everything we needed including an array of beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas (which meant we didn’t have to worry about bringing any of these extras). Not only was Andrea easy to reach, very kind, and always accessible, but she made us feel so welcome in her home. We are absolutely looking forward to a trip back to this little stretch of paradise and can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Thank you again for your kindness and sharing your home with us.

The number one priority for us was the outdoor space. This property ticked EVERY box. Plenty of eating space, sun, shade and view! We also wanted use of a pool for the children. Plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids. Inside, the kitchen is very well stocked, plenty of everything. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay. We'll be back!

We have been coming to Gulf Shores for 22 years. This was one of the cleanest and best stocked (dishes, linens, etc.) houses in which we have ever stayed. The views are great from the living areas and the porches well designed. The only odd bit was having to walk through two of the bedrooms to get to the downstairs living room and bunk bedroom (or going around from outside). This did not affect us much, as we were mostly a family group, and there are two bedrooms downstairs that are separate and private. The owner was very responsive, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a 5 star home, and we'd go back again.

We had an awesome vacation at Tween Waters! This was our 6th year coming to Gulf shores area. We have always stayed out in Fort Morgan, but we loved the location and convenience of Tween Waters. Andrea the home owner was amazing to work with, very prompt on responding and very informative. The house is absolutely gorgeous with amazing decks and furniture to enjoy it! The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pot/pans. Alot of room for all 16 of our guests. We loved the open kitchen/livingroom/dining for gathering at night. The garage is very well stocked with boogie boards, tons of beach chairs and sand toys. We liked having the 2 livingrooms for the kids to hang out but you have to walk through 2 queen bedrooms to get to the stairs ( it didn't hinder our stay at all and was never a problem). Having 2 washers and dryers was GREAT! The comfort of the beds weren't the best but they were ok. Can't wait to come back!

Our family enjoyed this vacation home along with the location on a private beach. There was plenty of room to spread out with lots of deck space and deck chairs as well. The king bed was just ok. May need an upgrade. There are a lot of stairs and although they had a couple baby gates, they couldn’t be used for the top of the stairs as they are tension gates. This is not ideal if you have little ones you don’t want on or near the stairs. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and alerted us of pending weather and steps to take should it affect us.

Beautiful home with excellent beach access. Beach was perfect with that beautiful white sand. Like that beach chairs, beach towels, and water floats were all there for our use. Also the pool was great for the kids. The house had everything we needed and more.

Beautiful house away from the crowds with private boardwalk and beach. House fully equipped with the necessary beach stuff, kitchen with ice machine and extras like spices. Hardest part was figuring out the locks on the doors, but not a deal breaker
