In the protected site of the creeks, facing the sea, villa with large enclosed garden and trees, terrace with a panoramic sea view south facing at 300 m from the beaches and close to the shopping facilities with parking space inside the property. It is an independent house consisting of a lounge, and a living room with sea view, a separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of which has a sea view, 1 separate toilet, and one bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.

The accommodation is gloriously located with an uninterrupted view of the sea - and is also a 5-minute walk from Bestouan beach. (And a 2-minute walk from a nudist beach). The house itself is charming - wood-panelled and with a real sense of having a history as well as being extremely comfortable. The walk into town is do-able but we never had trouble finding a parking spot in one the numerous car parks. Overall a marvellous experience.

Really great location within walking distance of Cassis. Property is quirky vs the other villas locally, which we liked and a great base for exploring the area.
the terrace was our favourite spot to relax but theres an area in the garden and behind the property to get sun or shade.
Air-conditioning was good to cool the bedroom at night. The kitchen was pretty well equipped for when we are in.
Our only negative was the quality of the pillows and bedding. We did wish we had brought our own pillows.
