Situated in Estoril, this charming condo for $147 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, garden and private parking. WI-FI and satellite TV. Central heating. Estoril Centre 5 minutes from the beach. Estoril is a fantastic holiday destination, which provides excellent fine sandy beaches, pleasant day trips and wonderful tourist facilities. This apartment is located on the ground floor of a house, a 5-minute walk from the beach and the train station to Lisbon/Cascais. The street is very quiet but close to the busy area of commerce and local services. The apartment has parking and an outdoor space with furniture to enjoy a refreshing breakfast, sunny afternoons and relaxing evenings. The apartment has a large living room with dining area and kitchenette on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, magic wand, blender and toaster. There is also a seating area with LCD TV with international channels and WI-FI throughout the house. The sofa bed can accommodate two extra guests up to 12 years old. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. On the upper floor is the bedroom area. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. One with king size bed 160x200 and the other with queen size bed 140x200. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. The apartment has central heating and is very comfortable. You will feel welcome and happy and enjoy the Estoril Coast at its best. Our company uses exclusively the services of our private laundry and cleaning teams, which have certified and specialized equipment to obtain a complete and effective cleaning, including the cleaning of clothes and towels. All our accommodations are certified by the General Directorate of Health with the Clean & Safe seal other amenities: Wireless Internet, free throughout the house. Bed linen, towels, crockery and cutlery included. The house has fans and heating in all rooms for you to feel comfortable all year round. House rules: •Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, use the outside areas. •The apartment is not prepared for people with reduced mobility. •Pets are not allowed prior to consultation and prior authorization. •Noise is not allowed in the apartment after 22:00. •It is expressly forbidden to change the position and location of the furniture. •Key loss - 100€ •Anatolled block that requires technical intervention - Customer pays for the intervention •Forget the keys inside the apartment, requiring a new visit from Welcomer - 25€ •A manual of the house will be provided in the apartment at the time ofcheck-in. Please abide by the rules. Minimum stays: 4 nights. Check-in - Between 16:00 and 20:00 before 16h only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; late check-in after 20:00 will cost 30€; late check-in after 24:00 will cost €50. Check-out - Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6am will cost 50€; Early check-out before 8am will cost 30€. Extras: Transfer from / to airport / apartment: 50 € up to 4 people, 60 € up to 6 people. Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day; Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include varied services from bookmaking to play or sports activities, marking restaurants or catering services, babysitting,drivers, guided tours, among many others. Security deposit: 200 Euros per booking; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition in which the guest found on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred in the apartment or any furniture or equipment thereof.

PRO: very nice and cosy. Well suited for family stay. Pictures give accurate description of apartment. Easy check-in-out. Nice to bbq in garden. Two bathrooms and washing/dishwasher is perfect. Close to all fun in Estoril and Cascais. CON: very very noisy, apartment is next to Estoril firestation. 5-10 (at least) alarms every day, and of course during the night. Need to sleep with windows closed. But then lack of proper ventilation makes the apartment like a humid oven. Fans provided - but hard to sleep with loud fans during the night. Leaves you with no good options really. Also neighbours slamming the gate late night added to bad sleep. Should install AC so one could sleep without open windows. Also inform in advance about firestation. Nevertheless. We had 10 wonderful days in Estoril.

Charming, but.../Charmoso, mas ...

First, the good part: beautiful, charming two-level flat with a yard, with lots of personality, wonderfully located in Estoril and with a responsive and helpful property mangement. Now, the problems: lots of humidity, especially upstairs (pools of water would form in the windowsills...), leading also to mold in the walls, and additionally the showers were inconveniente (you could not avoid wetting the floors while showering) / Em primeiro lugar, o bom: lindo, charmoso apartamento de dois andares com quintal, com muita personalidade, maravilhosamente localizado no Estoril e com uma gestão imobiliária ágil e prestativa. Agora, os problemas: muita humidade, principalmente no andar de cima (poças de água se formavam nos peitoris das janelas ...), levando também a bolor nas paredes, e para além disso os chuveiros eram inconvenientes (não dava para evitar molhar o chão durante o banho) .
