This hotel is lovely and in the perfect location as it is only 5mins from the beach. The staff were lovely and everything was clean. The room was much bigger than it looked in the photos which was a win. The view of the sea as well as the pool was the highlight!
This hotel needs a bit of love from the owners I think. Some things were slightly broken, like one of the bathroom lights didn't work, the floor panels were scuffed and the walls were peeling. The grass by the pool was dying and it just needs a regular watering. I think this place could be wonderful if there was just a bit of extra care put into it.

Nice staff and a balcony , small fridge in the room.
Little old furniture. I don't mean antique, abit warn, I wasn't told the pool was available until it was too late and I was leaving my room !

We had an apartment with kitchen , which is not in the building shown in the picture, but a building in the back. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and staff was friendly.
It says its a 4 star hotel but i felt like it was ok for a 2/3 star hotel, since it has no named entrance so first time we got really confused where to get in. The lift to the reception was not working. The check in time is very much late. If you plan to mainly visit Estoril, the location is good. But if you want to visit Cascais every day, its far. We didn’t find any restaurants nearby.
Breakfast: we stayed for 3 days. All 3 days exactly the same breakfast, no changes at all. And no hot food in buffet, not even eggs. I expect better from a 4 star hotel.
