Absolutely gorgeous property owned by Chris & Karen with the help of Lee & Sharon. A beautiful villa in such an ideal location close to champions gate and very quick drive to Disney. Very much a home away from home and already planning to book there again.

A fantastic stay. The Villa had absolutely everything a family (especially with young children) would need. Owners went so above and beyond, I would actively seek out staying here again when visiting Florida next. A great holiday for us and the owners are phenomenally helpful. Everything about the house was great! The pool was very warm which my family and I used alot on this vacation. We didn't need to buy anything besides groceries for are stay due the house having everything else we needed throughout are weekly stay. Huge plus! The kids had an amazing time being to play in the pool and the game room. The owners were very fast responding through vrbo messaging incase we had any ?s throughout are stay. This has been the best vrbo experience we've had so far and highly recommend staying at this vacation rental house.

This house is well taken care of and has the basic kitchen and bathroom supplies you need. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The house is located very close to all major theme parks.

We spent 10 weeks at this house. Loved the pool and hot tub. Great location to get to both coasts as well as Disney and Universal. The house was large and had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was just so amazing. It has everything you could ever need. There was more than enough room for our party of 8. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub on our off days and after a long day out in the parks. It is so nice to have some green space behind the house. Highly recommended this property!!

We loved the house and pool. We had minor set backs with the hot tub bc of hurricane when it came through but Chris was always on top of it and he never took a long time to Reply back to us. We loved it there and will definitely be booking again.so much room.

The villa was exactly as the images portrayed and as described. We have stayed in this area before which is perfect for access to the parks, nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Host(s) were amazing with very prompt communications which was appreciated.

I am so glad I saw the advert for Chris and Karen’s villa. From the start of the booking process until we left the villa, they have been very helpful, informative and kept us updated at all times. The villa is in a pretty, peaceful location on a lovely residential road, we felt completely safe there and at only 20 minutes from Disney excellent for getting around. It has 5 lovely sized bedrooms and upon arrival was immaculately clean. The pool is solar heated so by early afternoon is like getting in a warm bath and even if you like an early swim is still warm. The villa is all in one level which makes it great for families of all ages and the living room is the central point where we all used to congregate to talk about our day and relax. After a day at Disney, I couldn’t wait to get back to it to just chill out either in the pool or to relax on the comfy sofas. They have thought of every detail here, this is where this villa stands out from everywhere else we have stayed in. From plastic dining cups, plates for the kids to the games, puzzles and books for a rainy afternoon, nothing has been overlooked here. This villa feels like a loving family home, it has everything you need and more. At Champions gate (within 8 minutes’ drive) there are some nice restaurants and a 5-minute drive away a Publix & Aldi Supermarkets and a few other shops. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone as it would suit everyone. An absolute gem and we will definitely be back not only because we love the villa but also because Chris and Karen have been so accommodating and great hosts. Thank you both so much.

Your house was beautiful and in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed it as often as we could. The house had everything we needed for a "home away from home" feel. We just added groceries :) We had an emergency front door issue and the property manager was able to talk to me right away, come and was fixed quickly. This property was wonderful!!! We stayed for a week. Best decision I made in picking this home for our vacation. I chose this home because of the pool. Staying at a busy hotel/resort/condo was not what I wanted especially during this pandemic. The Nemo theme room was also a plus since my sons love Nemo. When I had a question Chris & Karen were quick to respond & were very understanding. Chris & Karen have thought of almost everything a person/family would need while traveling alone, w/ a family or group. If you are traveling with children the owners have: 2 Booster Seats, a Baby Bathtub, a Potty which goes over the regular toilet seat, Crayons, a few Stuffed Animals, Night Lights & Board Games. All I would recommend families to buy rubber mats to prevent any slips while showering. If you are traveling to the beach: there are about 4 Beach Chairs, 2 Coolers, Beach Towels & a Beach Umbrella. If you like to read while on vacation, there are books to chose from. A Security Safe is provided & Smart TV's are through out the house. My boys loved, loved, loved the pool! The doors to the pool have an alarm so if someone open's the doors to the pool or garage an alarm WILL sound. 2 cars fit in the driveway. At first, I was worried about the car getting very hot while parked outside because hey it's Florida! lol! Yet, there is nice shade so it turned out not to be a problem. The home also has a dishwasher, large washer & dryer & games for big kids/adults. A small slow cooker, glass baking pans, coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, pots & grill. Even baby spoons and plastic utensils for toddlers. Gas Stations, Supermarkets; such as: Aldi & Publix, CVS, Papa John's Pizza, a Walmart Super Center are near by & Disney is about 20 minutes away. I was relieved that the area was not very busy or crowded. The street is a bit narrow so careful when pulling out of the driveway. Last time I visit was about 3 years ago. I stayed w/ my brother who I love dearly but prefer to have our own space while visiting. Thank you Chris & Karen for making this busy mom of two visit memorable! I hit a small hick-up with my younger son but we got through it. It was nice seeing them play in the pool & garage. One of my boys found a baby frog lol! My kid had a smile from ear to ear! I have so many pictures/memories. BIG thanks to both of you.

We stayed at the home for a week. It looked even nicer than from the pictures. Everything was set up very nice and all was very clean. Had no complaints at all. The pool was a plus for my family. They had plenty of towels & beach towels. The area was very nice and it felt safe. The few times that I reached out to the owner for my own personal reasons they responded very quickly. Due to some hail damage to the pool screen just prior to our arrival the owners kept us up to date with the repairs which did not interrupt our time to use the pool. It was all repaired within a couple days. Had no issues with that at all. The home was so close to restaurants, Publix, Walmart, & pharmacy so that was very convenient for us. And the best part was that we were only about 25-30 min away from Magic Kingdom. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent for your vacation stay. We will come back again for our future FL vacation.

This is the third time we've stayed on Sandy Ridge Drive, and the first time in Chris's villa. The location is excellent - close to the Disney parks (which you can reach without tolls / many junctions), and with lots of supermarket / food options nearby. Chris's villa was kept to a very high standard and he was an excellent host, keeping in touch and addressing the couple of queries we had during our stay. Highly recommended.

Nice place we enjoyed ourselves Few concerns. BBQ was locked up in the garage unable to use because they did not want to clean it? A note at check in said I could call a company and rent one for $200. Four my month stay. Not cool. Grill was included in advertising. Guests should have the ability to control the air temp a few degrees up or down. But it is locked at 75 degrees. And pool cover has deteriorated and leaves little plastic pieces floating everywhere. Still gave 5 stars.

great property, tv was a little hard to figure out, communication wasn't the greatest , but overall extremely nice with minimal issues. would definitely rent again

Perfect for our family to stay when doing Disney. We like having a few days of quiet as part of a vacation to FL and this was just perfect for it.

In the midst of all the crazy stuff from the world, we need to change our surroundings for our sanity. It was a perfect home away from home! Chris and Karen were amazing! They have always responded to my request and questions with super speed! :) We will def. return!!

Within 24 hours of checking in, the AC went out‼️‼️‼️ Talk about one hot night‼️‼️‼️ HOWEVER, Chris was in constant communication with me about getting an engineer out to fix it. First thing Monday morning, we were back in business‼️‼️‼️ Aside from that little nuisance, we had the best week in this home. Everything we needed was there. We stayed in the pool every moment that it wasn’t raining. Didn’t visit any parks or go to the beach. The house was literally a saving grace of peace and relaxation for our family. Thank you Chris for being so attentive to my texts. I soooo appreciate you. Told my mom that you were my new BFF‼️❤️‼️ I’ll be in touch soon to plan our next visit. ❤️

I thank the owners for allowing my husband and I the use of your home. The house is stocked with most everything you need, it’s very clean and don’t get me started about the pool! My only issue was, the house was already booked, because we would have rented it longer. We can’t wait to come back!

We spent a week at the house and had a great time! Location was close to a lot of attractions and the pool was great! The only thing we were slightly disappointed in was the strollers in the house were a little rundown and hard to use, but we managed. Also the DVD player had difficulties playing movies and the ceiling fan by the pool did not work, but these were all minor things!Chris was great to work with when I had questions and was always quick to get back to me! We would definitely stay again.
