Situated in Lajares, this attractive villa for $78 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. We are Gilbert & Lyz: We have had this experience for a few years, which we find fantastic because it has allowed us to meet people from other regions of our country and abroad. We like to learn from their experiences and share experiences. We want your visit in our villa and in Fuerteventura to be unforgettable, for this we will do everything in our power to make you feel at home. We make sure to sanitize the entire property, including anything previous guests may have used: the TV remote, doorknobs and window handles, light switches, faucets, kitchen utensils, etc To disinfect the accommodation, we use special cleaning products. The beds are protected with mattress covers and we wash the sheets, covers and towels at a high temperature with products for professional use. High-speed internet access is free and the terrace is an ideal area for teleworking as it is furnished and overlooks the garden, ensuring complete independence to carry out your work. Likewise, if you wish to contact us to confirm availability and find out about the rates applied for stays longer than two weeks, we will be at your disposal through our email or contact telephone numbers that you can find on this website. The departure time from the Villa is at 10 a.m. but if you have your plane at the end of the afternoon or at night we have an area where you can leave your luggage and take a shower, so you can enjoy your vacation until the last minute. We have furnished and decorated the Villa with great care in every detail, thinking of the families who visit us also if they travel with children because we want their stay in our villa and their visit to Fuerteventura to remain in their memory as the unforgettable vacations that we all want to have. after a year of work. The house is protected from the wind as it is surrounded by a lush garden that also helps to have the desired privacy and tranquility. With independent entrance and fenced by stone walls offers ideal protection if you travel with children. Our house is distributed as follows: • Living room with two sofas, coffee table, TV with LSD screen and USB port, Music Equipment with USB port and CD player. • Dining room with a round table and seats for six chairs. • Kitchen with refrigerator, 4-burner stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle). • In the first room, the double bed is 1.50 x 2.00. • Bathroom with shower tray and screen. • In the second room two beds with beds of 0.90 x 2.00 • Terrace with outdoor table overlooking the garden and a seating area with chairs and sun loungers. • Charcoal barbecue in the garden • Free parking located inside the villa's garden and with a video surveillance camera. • In access to free wifi. • We have a bed, a chair and a baby bath. When you choose to use the jacuzzi you will have at your disposal a bathrobe for each person, the temperature will be regulated between 33 / 35º both in summer and winter and the use will be exclusive to you and your family.

Especially the queen of the house, Lyz, did everything to make us feel comfortable and even provided us with fresh towels and bed linen once a week. That was really great! The garden is breathtaking with all the different plants and we felt very happy to sit there and relax.

Gemütliches Haus mit wunderschönem Garten
Wir waren eine Woche in Lajares und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das großzügige Haus ist gemütlich, komfortabel und sauber und es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Ein Highlight ist der sehr schöne und gepflegte Garten mit dem tollen Jacuzzi, den wir abends gerne genutzt haben. Der Check-in hat super geklappt, die Vermieterin Lyz ist sehr nett und wir konnten sogar etwas früher als angegeben das Haus übernehmen.
Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen war das schlecht funktionierende Internet und das wurde zwischenzeitlich für uns zu einem Problem, da wir es temporär beruflich nutzen mussten. In der Beschreibung bei Fewo-direkt stand bei Internet „Glasfaser“, was uns u.a. dazu veranlasst hat, dieses Haus zu mieten. Das WLAN ist aber leider sehr instabil...Ich weiß natürlich nicht, ob das Internet überhaupt auf einer Insel wie Fuerteventura irgendwo anders stabiler gewesen wäre, nur unter Glasfaser-Verbindung versteht man halt etwas anderes.
Wenn man nur ab und zu mal ins Internet gehen möchte und nicht unbedingt ein stabiles Netz braucht, können wir das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Haus, schlechte Lage
Das Haus, Garten, Jacuzzi und Vermieterin alles toll. ABER: Wir hatten das Haus für 17 Tage gebucht, sind aber bereits nach 4 Nächten wieder ausgezogen. Grund direkt vor den beiden Schlafzimmern (3-4 m) verläuft die Straße, die zu unserem Unglück gerade instand gesetzt wurde. D. h. hier ging ab früh morgens der LKW-/ und normale Verkehr durch. Haben genau 1x auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Wen Straßen-/Verkehrslärm nicht stört ist hier richtig (wie gesagt tolles Haus und Grundstück), wer aber Ruhe sucht ist hier verkehrt, da der Verkehr immer vorbei fährt.... Wir können auch nicht verstehen, das bis auf die letzte Bewertung der Straßenverkehr hier noch nie ein Thema war?!

Schöner urlauben
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend, das Bett war bequem und die große Terrasse ideal für ein gediegenes Urlaubsfrühstück. Unsere Gastgeberin Lyz war einfach reizend! Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Highlight war der Whirlpool, in dem wir unsere Urlaubstage entspannt ausklingen ließen. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Lage an der Straße, die stark befahren ist. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte Ohropax dabei haben. Abgesehen davon können wir das Haus aber voll und ganz empfehlen!

We went away for a 2nd holiday thought we would give Lajares a try.
It was one of the best villas we have stayed in over 15 years of going to the island. The villa it self is very traditional all the home comforts you need are there it's a real home from home,
The hot tub is a real added bonus with a stunning garden, you really cant help but relax in this villa. But I feel what really makes this villa what it is is Liz and Gilbert some of the loveliest people we have ever met only there if you needed them, we were late arriving and Liz was stood on the road to show us where the villa was at 2200.
I think before we went that for the price which is so reasonable,that wrongly I didn't expect the villa to be as lovely as it was we will definitely go back there again.

La maison est fidèle à la description, très agréable avec son jardin, sa terrasse couverte et son jacuzzi, on s'est senti comme chez nous. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le Nord de l'île. Gilbert und Lyz sind sehr hilfsbereite,freundliche und kinderliebe Gastgeber. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Ferienhaus ist gepflegt und hat einen wundervollen Garten. Wir haben besonders den Whirlpool genossen. Einzig einen Geschirrspüler haben wir vermisst. Lajares selbst bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf, wobei man bedenken sollte, dass es ein kleiner Ort ist. Wir würden zuückkehren. Vielen Dank an Lyz und Gilbert.

The house is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and tastefully furnished. There is a large patio area ideal for relaxing or outdoor dining. It is always well shaded and a lovely spot to just relax or enjoy dinner al fresco. We made good use of the barbecue and the Jacuzzi. The house is very private and secure and only a short walk from the center of Lajares where restaurants, supermarket, bakery etc are all conveniently located.
We hired a car for our stay and I would recommend Liz and Gilbert's house in Lajares as the perfect central location from which to explore Fuerteventura. You are only 7.5km from either coast. There are plenty of buses to the larger areas and beaches but I would recommend a car.
Our hosts were fantastic, the house is lovely and represents very good value. We will certainly recommend this house to anyone and we will definitely be back.

Vom 14. November bis 05. Dezember durften wir einen tollen Urlaub in der idyllischen Villa von Gilbert und Liz in Lajares, im Norden der Insel verbringen. Super eingerichtete, sehr saubere Villa, mehr als nur liebe Vermieter, die keinen Wunsch unerfüllt ließen, da konnte der Traumurlaub morgens um 7 im Whirlpool beginnen. Wegen der Topeinrichtung ein Traum für
Selbstversorger, die sich aber auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen leisten sollten.
Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder!!!

From the moment we stepped inside the property we knew we had made the correct decision. We met our perfect Hosts, Lez & Gilbert & they are a credit to the way they have presented a tastefully decorated Villa & thought of every conceivable requirement & amenity to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The best compliment we can pay, is that we could live there. Having rented numerous properties over the years, most are without a soul & unwelcoming, providing basic facilities & purely somewhere to use as a base & too sleep.
The well established gardens are beautiful & the Jacuzzi was a luxurious addition to relax at the end of a hard days sun-bathing.
We enjoyed every second of our stay & will not hesitate in recommending this property as a well equipped & a comfortable "home" for your holiday.
Lajares is a 10-15 minute walk, there is a Surf Bar only 2 minutes away towards Majanicho & the El Calderon Volcano Walk can begun with minutes of leaving the Villa.

Wir waren im November als Familie (2 Erw.+2 Kinder)dort und es ist ein wirklich wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Alles war sauber und gemütlich. Sehr schöne Terasse/Garten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants sind nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt.
Liz und Gilbert sind sehr nett.

We have happened a fantastic week in the house of Gilbert and Liz,first of all thank for your reception and information to enjoy our vacations.
The house is very well equipped, in the kitchen they have everything necessary, in the evenings we were preparing a barbecue in the terrace, one special moment to finish our day.
The rooms were very well prepared and clean, with cotton sheets. We rest everything what we were wishing and needing.
We are very satisfied to have chosen to rent the Jacuzzi the whole week, because the water of the sea was cold still and after doing of Surf it was a wonderful option to relax.

Perfect and really nice home but terrible traffic noise
It's such a pitty, because the house is really nice and almost perfect! But unfortunately it is directly located at the Main Street to Majanicho. Some years ago this street war much smaller and in Majanicho there were only 5 houses. But now there has been built a huge vacation city which is still under construction. As a result there is a terrible traffic noise, caused by buses, trucks, an so on. To have any change to sleep your have to keep your windows closed, which will be really bad in summer time. Due to the house is so nice we hope there will be a solution in the future.....
