About this apartment rental
The Anastasio apartment is located a few steps from the Vatican walls (300 meters from the Metro stop Line A Cyprus - Vatican Museums). Recently renovated, it is located on the top floor (accessible by elevator) of a quiet building. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can become a double), a lounge, kitchenette and two bathrooms (one complete with a shower and another with a service). The bedrooms are air conditioned and each has a comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all comforts (free Wi-Fi internet, dishes, microwave oven, dishes, glasses, sheets, towels, TV, washing machine, iron).
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults plus 2 minors.
Near the apartment there are bars, pharmacies, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, beauty salons, private garages, banks.
From 1 October 2023, the tourist tax will be €5 per person from 11 years old, for a maximum of 10 days. The tourist tax must be paid in cash at check out.

I’m very grateful to Max for everything. Thanks to his detailed explanation, we had no problems getting from airport. Max met us on the first day, gave us a tour of the neighborhood, showed us the metro station, pointed out cafes and restaurants, ships and the farmers market. Beautiful location, just a 7 minute walk to the A-line metro and 10 minutes from Vatican, in a very safe neighborhood. Highly recommended! Thank you Max!!!

Honestly this property is above 5 stars. Max was so helpful before and during our stay. We had to add on additional guests and he was so accommodating. First time in Italy and never felt overwhelmed knowing Max could answer all our questions. When we come back we will definitely be reaching out.

We loved our stay at this wonderful apartment! It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Max was a fantastic host not only did he welcome us to the apartment and give us a helpful tour of the neighborhood, but he was also extremely gracious when I mistakenly gave him the wrong date for our arrival. We had everything we needed for our week in Rome with two children. We loved our daily trips to La Siciliana for coffee and treats, and enjoyed walking to other sights around the city. The neighborhood is safe and easy to navigate. We feel so fortunate to have found this gem! Thank you so much, Max for allowing us to use your home and providing us with such a memorable experience!

The location was excellent the accommodations were very good the location also had a washing machine and was very easy to get to the Metro station which would basically get us to almost anywhere we wanted in Rome without difficulty place was very clean well-kept the owner was easy to talk to gave great suggestions of local places to eat that were budget friendly as well as super delicious I would highly recommend this property
