Located in Estero Island, this lovely house for $463 per night is a great option for your next break. Town of Fort Myers Beach Registration # 19-0907 COVID-19 Update: Professional cleaners of this property strictly follow CDC and VRMA SafeHome Disinfection and Sanitization Guidelines to ensure your safety and cleanliness. Come enjoy this newly constructed four-bedroom, four-bath pool home completed in February of 2018. Its located in a great neighborhood and is just a three-minute stroll to beach access #13. Professionally designed and decorated with quality furniture and artwork. Consisting of two master suites with porcelain tile showers, double vanities, and large walk-in closets. One guest suite with a queen-sized bed while the other consists of two sets of bunk beds with private bathrooms. The living room, dining room, and kitchen area are all open to one another with soaring 14' vaulted ceilings. Pocket sliding glass doors that are 10 feet high open to a large lanai overlooking the pool. The contemporary kitchen area is fully equipped for your culinary and dining needs with all new stainless-steel appliances. For a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner, serve on the large granite countertop with seating for five. All linens, towels, and beach towels are included. The lower level is exceptionally stocked with a full-size pool table, ping pong, foosball, and stereo. Keep the kids entertained for hours while you relax by the pool. Lounge chairs, an outdoor table, and a gas grill area outback for you to enjoy. There is also a large covered front porch running the width of the house to sit out front and catch some fresh Florida air. Wagon, umbrellas, beach chairs, and toys are all provided for your relaxing beach days. The home was designed to replicate the "Old Florida Charm" and laidback coastal living of years gone by. NOTES: We book Saturday to Saturday and a seven-night minimum is required. NO pets allowed! The minimum age to rent is 30. Luxury Vacation Rentals also provides beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart for your stay. We provide high chairs and pack n plays upon request for $35.00 each per week.

Plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 children, we enjoyed staying here all week. If we ever come back to Fort Meyers we will definitely stay here again.

What an awesome place. Close to the beach, inground swimming pool, beautiful open spaces and lots of things to do in the game room. My 4 grandchildren had the best time. So did the 5 adults. It was just as perfect as it showed online!

Perfect beach house for a family vacation
We were very pleased with our stay. If we visit Ft. Myers again we will definitely book Southern Comfort again. All of the beds were very comfortable and rooms are very spacious. We did have to go out and buy a box fan for one of the bedrooms as it was hot and it did not have a fan. We were surprised that their were no ceiling fans in the house. Adding ceiling fans to great room and bedrooms would be a nice upgrade. The only complaint would be that the basement does not have AC. It was hard to enjoy playing the games in the heat but the kids did use it and didn't complain they would just jump in the pool to cool off. The property manager for the property was great she was in contact with us before we arrived and gave me her cell number if we needed anything while we were there. We were a little worried about the walk to the beach prior to us arriving but even in the July heat the walk was not bad at all. The beach wagon that was provided was super helpful and made the walk even easier. Each day we walked to the beach there was open spots at the beach access if you would want to drive to the beach. We opted to walk so we didn't get the car sandy. The first night we arrived we ordered take out from Francesco's Italian Restaurant, I highly recommend ordering from them they are super close to the house and it is in opposite direction from the traffic! We ordered alittle of everything and everyone loved what they order. We had pizza, Greek salad (that was made fresh to order), Spaghetti and meatballs, Italian cold cut, Italian sausage and pepper calzone and of course cannoli's. Check them out you will not disappointed.

Great home, great location, great fun!
There were 10 of us. Loved the layout of the house; plenty of room for everyone. Access to the beach was close; about 1/2 block. We loved that the owner provided beach towels, a beach wagon, beach chairs etc. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies but we didn't do much cooking. Pool was a very nice size for a private pool; it was a bonus for our kids to have easy access to the beach and a private pool. The only thing that surprised us was a lack of air conditioning in the lower level game room. There were severl mounted fans but was ultimately too hot to use the space. I would recommend the lack of air conditioning in that area be called out in the listing. All in all a great experience and I would certainly rent the space again.

Perfect getaway with friends.
The house was amazing. Nice size rooms. Kitchen was great. The upper balcony served as the meeting place for morning and night. The management group was super easy and helpful when reporting a malfunction with the pool which was quickly handled. The only negatives we saw: no bathroom on lower level so you didnt have to go from pool into the main level, bathroom doors needs hooks and no full length mirrors. But if your looking for a great spacious house near the beach and not too far from great places to shop and eat..this is your house!!

Southern Comfort was just that
For a group of two sets of parents, four teen boys and two teen girls, this property is perfect. It is just as advertised and was very clean when we arrived. Everything you need for the beach is in the garage and the walk to the beach is short and pleasant. It’s toward the private end of the island, so the beach is not crowded at all. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything we could have wanted for our stay. Mgmt company called the day of arrival to inform us the refrigerator went out and that they had brought in a temporary for us. It was cold and ready to go when we arrived. The pool was warm enough for out 7-month-old grandson. Plenty of towels and dishes . Definitely recommend this property! Will stay there again! We have been renting in the Fort Myers Beach area for over 20 years. This was by far the best house yet!!

Nice home.
Large living area opens to lanai with dining table. Warm pool with plenty of seating. Game room was fun for all. Kitchen had nice walk in pantry. 4 bathrooms was great although there is no bathroom downstairs. Dinky coffee marker. Limited kitchen supplies for cooking for 10. Pretty street with easy walk to beach.

They thought of everything
The home was everything the advertising showed and more. Very spacious and clean and well appointed. One small complaint was no bathroom facility for downstairs game room and pool, had to climb stairs. Would recommend this home.

This is a beautiful house in a great location. The beach is just a short (4-5 minutes) walk away. The pool was a 10! Each bedroom having their own bath is a huge bonus. The property managers were attentive and responded quickly to our requests. The only thing that kept this from being 5 stars was the very poor water pressure in the sinks (which was addressed by the plumber; however it couldn't be resolved during our stay) and the very uncomfortable couch in the living room. If my vacation ever takes me back to the Ft. Myers Beach area I will definitely rent here again!

Absolutely beautiful house!!!
This place is amazing! The pictures online were very accurate. This is the perfect house for two families and small children. We had a ball. The customer service provided by the property management was excellent. A few things happened while we were there and they responded immediately.
The beach walk wasn't bad at all. The pool was kept clean and the game room was perfect for those rainy days. The only thing I would say we didnt like was the game room didnt have AC and the second master bedroom had an older (no ng smart) TV. All in all, however, our say was amazing and I would rent from this company again.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room for our family and the pool was nice to have. Easy walk to the beach which was not crowded since it’s by homes and not hotels and condominium units. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location & floor plan
This is a fantastic property, each bedroom is private and there were 4 bathrooms, so no one had to share.
There was plenty of space for our group of 10!
The walk to the beach is literally around a corner and cross the road. It was a simple walk, we were close enough we could go back and forth easily. We did bring wagons with us, and I would recommend that if you are driving, and have kids. There was a wagon in the garage also. The garage was a huge added bonus, as we could pull our wagons right in and leave them packed for the next day!
The pool was clean, had plenty of room and we enjoyed the pool shelf (shallow end)! There was great seating both on the pool deck and the balcony.
The property is very private and has great landscaping, you couldn’t tell there were houses behind us at all.
Kitchen: The refrigerator is smaller, we had coolers with us, which helped, we kept drinks and condiments in coolers. The pantry was large. We brought our own crock pot, rice cooker and muffin pan, and I was glad for that. I would bring a larger skillet and baking sheet also (if cooking for 10). The kitchen has a mix/match set of pots and pans, but not really equipped for cooking for 10... there was plenty of plates/silverware/bowls/cups.
The stove is challenging. It seemed to take a long time to heat up, both the burners and inside. Although they for the job done, eventually.
Washer and dryer worked great.
Plenty of hot water (woohoo)!
The property looks new and is updated and well maintained.
I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend to other families!
