Our stay near the Spanish Steps was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegance, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the property. The location could not have been better—nestled in the heart of Rome, just moments from the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of the city’s most iconic landmarks, fine dining restaurants, and designer boutiques.The accommodation was beautifully presented, impeccably clean, and offered a perfect blend of luxury and authentic Roman charm. Every aspect of our stay felt thoughtfully curated to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation.A special mention must go to our wonderful host, Alessandro. He was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. His kindness, local knowledge, and genuine hospitality made our experience even more memorable and helped us feel at home from the very beginning.We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a first-class experience in Rome. Excellent location and wonderful 2 bedroom apartment on Piazza di Spagna. Plenty of room with 2 baths and 2 bedrooms plus the large jacuzzi tub. Alessandro was very responsive and very helpful. Hope to return in the near future.

There are absolutely no amenities, tiny skinny bar of hand soap, no shower gel.Never met owner: he sent a rude man in his place. Great location, easy in and out. Very quiet and safe.
