Nestled in Massanutten, this charming house for $294 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Year-Round Views from inside the 3,500 sq. ft. home. Two levels with open floor plan. This beautiful home is located on a private mountain across Resort Drive from the huge indoor/outdoor water park. 2 minutes away. 4 minutes to the resort gate. 8 minutes to ski slops. Two car garage and large driveway for 4 cars. Early check in and late check out must be approved by owner. Guest Pass to owners private MPOA Pool and the owners fitness and Rec. center. Largest game room at Massanutten. Brunswick slate pool table, ping pong , foosball, Shadow Turbo air hockey. All game tables are regulation size. Board games. Mini kitchen with full size fridge and microwave. Screened in lower deck with wicker furniture and fan off game room . 65 in Smart TV in Living room, 1 large 55inTV in game room with game systems. Play Station 3/ Wii / Xbox / Xbox 360, Kinect , 200 + games & DVD Movies, High speed WIFI. Three bedrooms on main level 2 Queen and 1 King. 4th bedroom has 1 queen and twin trundle, sleeps 2. 55in TV. Queen sleep sofa in game room. All bedrooms have smart TVs. Three full bathrooms and lots of space inside & out for your family getaway. We Furnish : Luxury Sheets, Pillows, Quilts, Blankets, Hair dryers, Kitchen items, Waffle maker, Ninja blender, Panini maker, Mixer, Mixing bowls, Storage bowls, Counter top grill, Toaster, Insta Pot Slow cooker, Corning ware, Cook ware. Dinnerware and silver wear for 12. Serving dishes, Roasting Pan, Pizza Pan, Coffee maker and Keurig elite ( K cups not furnished.) 12 Spices. Hand soap, Cleaning supplies. HD Laundry detergent. Starter paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. We Do Not furnish bath towels, wash cloths or phone. Please bring a cell phone and bath towels. Top deck has a three burner Weber gas grill with tank. Gas not provided . MPOA owners pool pass for June July August, $5.00 fee per person per day. MPOA pass to Rec. and fitness center ( owners club ) for our guest. $15.00 per person per day. Large book of things to see and do in the area, located in the dinning room. Maintenance man on call 24 / 7 Pet and Smoke Free Home ! You will lose your security deposit if you bring a animal into our home. Animal Cleaning Fee $300.00 We can not guarantee dates with out a rental agreement and a deposit Person signing rental agreement must be 25 years old. Rental agreement due back with in 7 days from booking to secure your rental dates. Once the balance is paid and the rental agreement is returned , we send you a key code and directions. Flexible check in if approved by owner on rental agreement.

Beautiful home, seasoning, toiletries, dishes, additional blankets use of the garage. Dropping off the trash away from the home was a little challenging in the snow. The owner was very responsive to address each of my concerns.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving get away with our whole family here. We are a family of gamers so it was perfect! The design of the house fit us as well. My daughter's family with small children took 1 floor and the grandparents had the lower floor so there was a bit of privacy for everyone. The property is convenient to a decent grocery store, a lovely winery, and a very cool Children's museum! All in all a great vacation!!!

This is not our first time staying in this home, and there is a reason for that— the open space living is great, the rooms are a great size and plenty of them for friends/family trips, and the game room is the best part! We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

This is the 4th or 5th time we’ve stayed at this house, attending JMU football games. The house is always immaculate, there are helpful signs throughout the house to keep everything in its place and organized, and Paula makes the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this house and will come back again and again.

We stayed here for a wedding. The home is beautiful. There's lots of things to do within the home and in the surrounding area. The hosts were very clear about rules and fines if said rules were broken which was nice to see. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were very soft. A huge bonus were the tempurpedic pillows. Our boys loved playing here. If we find our way back to this area we will definitely book again.

This trip was a small family reunion which everyone enjoyed. Having a game area, screened in porch for socialization was a plus and used most of Saturday afternoon. It was a great venue to catch up!

Our family of two adult children, their spouses, and five grandkids ages 18-3 gathered for the first time in nine years. The cousins had never met each other. The house was perfect for our family gathering! Plenty of roomy bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Pool, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, video games, table games, and puzzles for the varied interests of the kids so everyone had something they enjoyed. The home is absolutely spotless and fully equipped with everything that we needed. Home is close to Shenandoah National Park, historical sites, caverns, and horseback riding. I don't know when/if we will be able to do this again, but it was the perfect place to create a lot of wonderful memories, and we will definitely return to this home if we are able to.

Beautiful property that was perfect get away for our family. Everything was very clean and house was well equipped with anything you may need. Game room was tons of fun for the kids. Check in and check out were seamless. Instructions on wall were not obtrusive. They spelled things out clearly so procedures were clear. Trash removal somewhat cumbersome but manageable. Owner was very responsive. Location is tucked away but close enough to easily enjoy many activities. Upper and lower decks give great opportunity to enjoy the nature around you. We’d definitely stay again.

The house was very nicely situated close to the water park. So many fun things to do in the house for children and adults alike. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property owner was very quick to answer any questions we had before/during our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you have children as they will be easily entertained for hours on end.

We stayed a week in this great home. The host was very helpful in explaining the house layout and was accommodating a few issues we had with the for the mobility issues of one of our family. The screened porch was wonderful for dinners and game nights. Everyone enjoyed the game tables, either as a spectator or player. The highway noise was louder than expected, but VDOT was doing tree trimming the week we were there, it did not detract from our stay. King and Queen Beds were very comfortable and having access to the resort was great for tennis. Thank you for a lovely vacation spot!

When we first walked in, we noticed the cleanliness of the place. It is very well kept & beautiful! They have everything you could need there aside from towels & washcloths (which it tells you that in the listing).we enjoyed our stay there & would love to come back when we can actually spend some time enjoying the house & all its amenities. We were in town for my son’s wedding so we didn’t get a lot of time hanging around the house, but the time spent there was comfortable & enjoyable! Thank you!

My family and I stayed here for our vacation. For the first two days while we were there, we encountered
rain, hail, and thunderstorms, but we were still able to enjoy staying in doors. We played the games we carried as well as played pool, foosball, air hockey and table tennis which was located on the lower floor. We were also able to do some activities at the resort. Staying here gave us quality time with each other and when we needed our own space, it was there.

The house is very clean and spacious. The basement is nice if you have older children, pool table and shuffle boards and video game systems. The screened in porch in the basement is a nice place to sit and get some fresh air while being protected from the elements.
That’s about where the niceties end. There are so many rules that it takes away from the family time and enjoyment. If you have small kids under 7 it’s a lot to make sure you don’t accidentally overstep one of the the rules.
There are rule postings all over the house for things you can and cannot do with penalties of fines l over the house. It would be nice if we had one large checklist so that you can make sure you’ve accomplished all the tasks before departure.
Icing on the cake is that you have to take your trash and load it into your personal vehicle and drive it almost 3 miles away to the communal dumpsters to avoid another fine.
Bring you’re own toilet paper and trash bags because they only provide starter ones.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay-beautiful home, great location, host very friendly & quick to respond…no one complained about the beds being uncomfortable, plenty of kitchen supplies & great downstairs for entertainment! All of us enjoyed the downstairs-between the fireplace, enclosed screened in porch with comfy seating, to pool table, air hockey table, ping pong & fussball table-we were grateful for the rainy day to enjoy all the indoor entertainment! My daughter is a student at JMU…house was not too far of a drive & away from the busyness. We prepared breakfast & dinners @ house & the house was perfectly stocked with all the kitchen accessories we needed! Highly recommend this place!!

We had 4 couples staying at the house. There was plenty of room! The game room was wonderful as was the screened in porch. The noise from the road can get a bit loud when you are out on the decks but you can’t hear it when inside. Paula was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We had a very nice time visiting this home. It was clean, well laid out, and a convenient location. The nearby restaurants and game tables were a hit with our boys. Disposing of garbage was rather inconvenient as we needed to drive it quite a distance after loading our car to leave. The signs with instructions were helpful but felt overbearing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

This was a beautiful home that supplied everything we needed for our family. Bedroom layouts and sizes were perfect for us. The owners definitely paid attention to every detail. Paula was extremely accommodating and very easy to work with.
Game room, gaming systems, movies, games, puzzles provided lots of fun and entertainment for all. The home was very welcoming and comfortable, and very clean and well maintained.

This property was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed all the games in the basement. My wife especially loved the fireplaces! It was close to the things we wanted to do and see. A little bit of road noise at night, but nothing worth passing on staying here!

This VRBO listing was amazing! We came for some skiing/snowboarding but the resort ended up closing the slopes due to weather. That wasn't a problem though because Paula's house has SO MUCH in the way of entertainment. The ping pong, foosball, pool, video games, and general great location had us forget that we were originally there to ski in the first place. The place was clean, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out. Would highly recommend!

Owners thought of and covered every detail needed for any families vacation. Top notch appliances and cookware, check kitchen cabinets and drawers many useful gems we did not think to bring. All rooms are spacious and everyone slept well. I do not just give a 5 star.....this is my first. Well done and thank you for having us.
