About this villa rental
Like a ship in the Ionian sea: this is what is this villa located inside the most exclusive residence of this area. The main structure of the villa consists all on one level, with four double bedrooms (all with en-suite) and a twin (with en-suite too). In the villa we also find two annexes: one with a double bed and two singles; and one reserved for the fitness area.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ANNEX WILL BE OPEN ONLY FOR GROUPS LARGER THAN 10 PEOPLE.
The electricity is included up to a consumption of 250kWh per week. Beyond that limit it will have a cost of € 0,36 per kWh.
Check-in: 4 pm to 9 pm
Check-out: before 10 am
Check-in after 10 p.m. will have a charge of €30 to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Amazing view, fantastic! Our family of 10 (7 adults and 3 kids ages 10, 4, 2) had an unforgettable trip to Sicily and this location was perfect for us. Directly across the bay stands Mt Etna and a breathtaking view of the water. The pool was perfect for the kids. 5 bedrooms each with own bathroom was ideal. The beach is a rocky but we loved jumping in to swim in the crystal clear water. Getting out is a little tricky but we managed! I would go back in a heartbeat!

The house is amazing. Great space and location and the views are spectacular. Every bedroom was well appointed and very comfortable. The hosts weee very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend

Beautiful, clean, well appointed villa. Even in the rain it did not disappoint! Enjoyed the first week with friends and the second week with family. It was perfect to have private spaces and fantastic evening conversations together. It was a challenge to find the villa the first evening (Waze seemed to be the best map app). Thank you to Alfio for his patience when we were so lost the first evening and then calling a nearby restaurant so we could get dinner. The young adults enjoyed the pool and lounging in the chairs. Haven’t had a good cup of coffee since we left!!! Hopefully we will not wait so long to return to Sicily 🇮🇹💜

The location cannot be beat. The house is on a beautiful cliff side with plenty of rooms for a large party. However, we experienced a power outage (it happens!) but it took hours to hear back from our host and we were simply told he was in a business meeting and to contact another person. For being marketed as a luxury villa, this was poor service. We ended up liking our other contact much better. She was able to help right away.
We also left very early on our last day and landed to see messages from our host that we didn't throw the trash out in the correct spot. A location was described to us but never shown. He spent 5 mins with us during
