Location good, 25min walk to the bus depot for a bus into Rome central and Vatican. Accomidation clean / comfortable, spacious room/ unsuite, had the use of the kitchen to make a packed lunch when out sightseeing. Piero the owner was very friendly and helpful, went above and beyond showing us the local ameneties, bus stops etc.The shuttle service he offered was very handy and not expensive. Don't like saying anything negative as we really enjoyed our stay there but breakfast could be a bit better, too many sweet cakes, but there was fruit, and plenty of cold drinks and tea and coffee facilities. Good value for money, we stayed 3 days.

The room was very clean and there was everything we needed.
Bathroom is very nice and comfortable. AC worked properly.
Airport is very close to this location what is convenient.
Delicious pizza cafe is around the corner.
Everything was excellent!
We had a good night.
Owners of the hotel are very friendly and helpful.
We would recommend this hotel for everybody.

The location, cleanliness, decor. Owner was very helpful picking me up from the airport & in his communication. Cold water, juices, milk in fridge to help yourself too. Coffee & tea making facilities. Bedroom has VERY good air-con. Close to cafes, restaurants & supermarket.
The kitchen was VERY hot. The ‘breakfast included’ was not what I expected. It consists of supplied fresh fruit - apples, bananas, shop bought individual cakes. No wine glasses.
