The view on Puerto Rico bay is fantastic,
Location is great, very close to the local shops where you can buy everything you needed. It's also on the top of the hill so remember to hire a SMALL car to have a chance to easy park on apartments car parking , the parking spot is just small. The car also gives you incredible independents to see shops, restaurants and meet beauty of Gran Canaria.
The apartment is lovely, cosy and comfy. Have everything you needed, kitchen is nice, very practical. The bed was very comfy. Basically the apartment was nice and clean ,maybe not spotless clean , nothing serious.
The swimming pool is great, clean and deep enough for great swim. Sunbeds and parasol is there and all this time when we was there, no one else was there, whole swimming pool for you .
Definitely I will recommend this apartment 😁
I would like to say what is picking my eyes, most of vine glass is cracked, I found two good one and I need just two, so Ok
Not working old fridge, rusty one should be removed, makes scary when you opening. However new bigger fridge is in room, so Ok
Maybe boxes behind corner sofa should be removed.
Bathroom shower door needs attention, they not closing properly.
To submit up nothing serious about apartment.
The whole apartments building needs attention ,when you are on sun beds you have a lots of time to finds cracks on buildings and pelling paint, even on swimming pool. That picking your eyes, nice refurbishment will make this place first class.
Last thing, the air conditioning will be amazing to have there. We was sleep with fully open door on tarase and we feel safe, cameras, gates do the job.
We wana say, thank you Marianna to give a chance to spend lovely time in this lovely place.

amazing view, nice deep pool, and warm. almost no people at the pool so we felt happy. nice renovated apartment.

Minden kényelemmel ellátott szuper apartman. Csodás kilátás, medence. Privát parkoló.
A partra eljutni gyalog valóban 709 lépcsőn lehet ami Kb 15 perc, de vigaszt ad a panoráma.

Ren og koselig leilighet med fantastisk utsikt . Leiligheten godt utstyrt , særlig likte vi kjøkkenet. Likte roen der og sol på morgen/ formiddag . Hyggelig husvert som svarte raskt hvis vi hadde spørsmål .
Egentlig ikke noe å utsette .Mye trapper som hjalp oss holde oss i form , men kan være krevende for enkelte gjester .
