the location is on the shore. scenic views. they closed the restaurant due to lack of cooking gas supply. Only disappointed was that they didn't offer a water bottle as a complimentary. Rental scooters were available with them in good conditions.

The best thing was the location - just a few metres away from the beach. The sand and the sea were stupendous. It was peaceful and calm. The place is run by the proprietor and his wife; they were quite friendly and helpful. A simple breakfast is available.
For improvement: Provide drinking water and provision for re-filling, instead of having to buy water bottles every day. Intercom for easy communication. Credit-card facility should be available. Light/fan switches should be near the bed, instead of having to get up to put them on or off.

Location wise it was good and very near to Beach so we went for morning walk everyday on beach and the staff was polite and helpful.
You can take scooty on rent from them they gave us on decent price.
Also can take Petrol, water, drinks as well.
They guide use too for outings around south goa.
Best part is Bus stand is 300m away from that location.
Major Concern: Room needs maintainance and the window and gates were so damaged that felt unsecured while living our belongings and even in night too.
Minor Concern: Difficult to book taxi/cab from that location to anywhere. You have to walk for 300-400m with your luggage or bags if you're leaving from Hotel.
