Situated in Llanes, this lovely condo for $121 per night is a great option for your next break. Fantastic apartment next to the sea in the quietest area of Llanes with stunning views over the marina, next to the lighthouse, the beach of Puertu Chicu and within walking distance. Its location is difficult to improve. Perfect for couples, it can accommodate four people. It has a room with double bed, another with two beds, a bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen and garage. The times of entry and exit can be modified if there are no other guests that day. Enjoy this two room apartment with exceptional views over the marina. It has a capacity for four people; one room with two individual beds (1,05x180 and 90x200) another with a king size bed (1,50x1,90) and a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and a living room.

The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. Some lovely furniture and touches, such as a record player, excellent quality kitchen equipment and artwork add to the great character and ambiance. The view is lovely and the location is very central. Having parking and a lift are added extras. There is a small bar across the water which had a jazz band playing on Sunday evening, which was just perfect. Llanes is an incredible town with beautiful beaches and walks. The apartment really did add to our experience!

A very cosy place, furnished with a lot of taste. The view is great just like the host, Geno, who is very kind and helpful. We spent a a super nice week in this lovely apartment !

Best place ever
I do a lot of property rentals on my trips and this apartment is one of the best rentals I have. The property is well located, with a beautiful apartment, nice decoration, great customer service, a lovely building with parking and, and a fantastic view of the port.

This apartment was absolutely perfect; right next to all the restaurants and shops but in quiet area, incredible views from the lovely big windows, well equipped, clean, comfy beds, parking space (which is tight but we got our estate in without too much bother). It was wonderful and we loved every minute of our stay! Very much hope to come back one day!

Ubicación inmejorable
La vivienda es una auténtica preciosidad, decorada con un gusto exquisito...al ser un apartamento vacacional quizás quitaría objetos de decoración, ya que al viajar con niños tienes que ir evitando que toquen objetos...su dueño lo tiene totalmente cuidado al más mínimo detalle.
Si vuelvo a Llanes no dudaría en volver.
Como único comentario a mejorar es la cama de matrimonio...necesitaría un colchón más cómodo.
Para concluir decir que tiene unas vistas maravillosas al puerto , enclave único y amaneceres de pelicula.

Estupendo apartamento
Estuvimos 4 días y se nos hicieron cortos, Llanes es muy bonito pero el apartamento lo es aun más. Perfecto sofá con vistas increíbles. Muy centrico y todo en perfecto estado. No tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer a Geno pero el contacto fué siempre muy correcto, muchas gracias Geno seguro que volveremos!!!!

What a gem! I would give it 6 stars if possible. It overlooks the marina with views of the ocean. Old town restaurants are a couple blocks away. It even has under building parking! Geno was a fabulous host, showing us the apartment amenities and describing the area sights. We highly recommend this apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location
What a gem! I would give it 6 stars if possible. It overlooks the marina with views of the ocean. Old town restaurants are a couple blocks away. It even has under building parking! Geno was a fabulous host, showing us the apartment amenities and describing the area sights. We highly recommend this apartment.

Geno received us at his place, it is a quaint, truly asturian place, in the middle of town, with great views. Llanes is an excellent starting point to visit allt the towns nearby. Eine wunderbare Woche
Die Wohnung ist wunderschon und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Hafen mit Blick auf Hafen (bis hinaus aufs offene Meer) und auf der anderen Seite zu den Picos. Ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt um Llanes und die Umgebung zu erkunden (auch zu Fuss). Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Tiefgaragenplatz. Wir haben unsere Woche in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Einziger Punkt den ich anmerken muss ist: Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht ideal, weil es eine steile ungesicherte Stiege gibt und viele hochwertige, für Kinder zum Spielen animierende Dekorationen, die eventuell in Sicherheit gebracht werden müssen. Danke Geno für den freundlichen Empfang und dass wir in der Wohnung wohnen durften!
