About this house rental
To provide flexibility, we've updated our payment policies:
If you aren't able to stay with us for ANY reason, just submit a cancellation request through Vrbo no later than FOUR weeks before your stay begins. We'll make an exception and refund your hold deposit. You'll need to check with Vrbo on whether or not they will refund their service fee.
If you make the balance payment and need to cancel ANYTIME before your stay begins, the full amount paid can be applied to a future stay beginning within one year of the original arrival date
Single family, custom home built in 2005. Very well and carefully maintained so it feels "like new."
Spacious master bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has an extra large bunk bed.
3 full baths, including master bath with double sink. Open floor plan kitchen, dining and family areas. Plenty of parking on a private lot. Well-maintained furniture. All new appliances including flat top range. Over 2,100 square feet!
Central air/heat. Televisions w/ cable TV in family room and master bedroom. Many extras/upgrades including recessed lighting, full sized washer/dryer, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, walk in closets in all bedrooms, many windows.
High-speed internet with wi-fi access point!
Myrtle Beach has been called the "Golf Capital of the World" because of the roughly 100 golf courses located here!
.5 miles/2 minute drive/10 minute walk to the Garden City pier!
PLEASE NOTE:
1. As a first-time visitor, we require a copy of your driver's license matching the information on the reservation. We do NOT rent to anyone under 25 years old and as needed, we WILL verify age/identity.
2. We do NOT allow smoking in the house or anywhere on the property.
3. Although all beds have pillows and comforters--which you are responsible for cleaning before you leave if you use them--WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS OR TOWELS. Most folks prefer to bring their own, but see the Rental Agreement for local businesses offering rental services, including delivery.
4. The property is protected by a monitored alarm system and cameras located UNDER the house. The cameras record video AND audio but they do NOT view--or listen--inside the house or on the decks.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable. There's a beautiful view of the estuary and tons of beautiful birds to watch as well as the sunrise. It was a short trip and we were a little too busy to head to the beach this time, but it wasn't very far away if we'd had time to go. We would definitely stay again.

Nice home in very convenient location. Close proximity to lots of things, yet a quiet neighborhood. Views from the home were beautiful! House was spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay!
