Everything was better than I expected. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was organized and clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the windows were large, and the curtains were lovely. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and clean, and close to the old town. A wide, marble street with a lovely public park separates the hostel from the center of Berat. The people are kind, and the atmosphere in the Hotel is very family-friendly.
All the staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and treat you with the utmost respect and kindness. The breakfast was very varied.
It was a wonderful stay that I think I will always remember and smile about. ♥️

The host and other people at the property were so nice and welcoming. The place was very clean and sanitised. I would highly recommend this budget friendly place as all the things are on walking distance from there

Typical European small but modern and functional rooms. Nice touch were the extra pillows and blankets in the armoire. Nothing fancy but all you need, and in good condition.
Staff is nice. Breakfast was good Mediterranean style. Location in the New City is close enough to the restaurants and bars but far enough to avoid noise and crowds. Parking was easy.
All in all a good experience.
Only change I would suggest is adding a second outlet for each bedside table and for the desk — bed outlets are used by lamps and desk outlet by mini-fridge, so no spare outlets to charge phones or computer.

clean room. the location.
the room was overly warm and a bit small, for a deluxe room. the lady who prepared breakfast was sooo nice and friendly - she did not speak much English - I couldn’t tell her I did not like to see flies on the breakfast food, as she was so nice.
so we missed two breakfasts and went elsewhere. she did follow us later and gave us two orange juices which has soo kind.
