El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada, dentro de la Kala, que es el area del castillo. Se entra por un portico estrecho y hay parking, no privado del hotel- first come first serve, delante del mismo. Los restaurantes de alrededor son de comida casera tradicional, con buenos precios. Especial mencion para Klea, justo al lado del hotel, con una terraza hermosa. El desayuno esta ok y es abundante. Adriano y la señora que lo acompaña son muy simpáticos y serviciales. No se puede decir lo mismo del personal de la recepción. La misma y el desayuno estan en el hotel hermano The Berat Castle.
Tuvimos inconvenientes en el check in, ya que nos quisieron dar una habitación inferior y mas pequeña de la que teniamos reservada insistiendo que esa era la que habíamos reservado. Luego de varios reclamos nos dieron una suite de enorme tamaño y con una sala pero sin ventanas y oscura. No se podía regular el aire acondicionado y hacía un ruido de agua bastante molesto en la noche.

Excellent accommodation inside Berat castle. Great food and very nice staff. I highly recommend. There is also parking space but if you car with the car just to know that road is slippery and you need to pay attention.

the hotel was inside the casttle walls, what gives the stay a special twist. the family room was superb. the waiter at breakfast was a very nice person
they may change the courtains in the double room for a sunshading courtains and then maybe the host wont wake up at 6 am because of the sun light. the towels were old and scratchy

Great location at the top of the hill on the Berat castle. Very clean and nice building/area. Spacious king bed, parking nearby
The breakfast could have included a little bit more variety
