Great little studio and well appointed

Needed a little bit of tlc as the door handle in the bathroom was broken. Smelled a bit damp in the bathroom too

We loved this delightful little conversion. It was perfect for daughter’s graduation in Winchester .

Cleanliness was substandard, which I knew from the reviews and understood before booking. However, given cleanliness concerns, I would expect the bedding if anything to be fresh and clean. The bedding was absolutely disgusting, with a yellow sweat / water mark visible, it smelt damp and like it had been slept it for a number of weeks. Absolutely unacceptable and when I contacted the property owner I’ve got no response. I am yet to receive a response over a week later on DIRECT WhatsApp message a number I know works as the owner had responded that day to another question that I had. There were also two flea spray treatments in the property unsure if this was a precautionary measure or a sign of something more cynical A note to the owner people are happy to stay in properties that aren’t up to sparkling clean standards, your reviews highlight this and people book at their own discretion as I did however bedding is a non-negotiable!!
