Really friendly and easy going hosts, very good location to do whatever you want - daytrips, walking around Los Cristianos, beaches,...
The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The landlord is always available if you have any questions. I traveled with three children and found the accommodation to be family-friendly. We Had a great time and would surely come back.
I understand some of the criticism regarding cleanliness, but I have to say that for me it was rather relaxing. Even when I travel, I want a normal home and don't expect hotel service. I can pick up a broom, I can use the oven, I can leave the shower clean... I always try my best to leave the accommodation as I found it. My children and I felt very comfortable and would gladly come back.

We absolutely loved everything! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with a large balcony and an incredible ocean view! The host is a very kind and friendly person who was always available and ready to help.
There are all the shops you need nearby, and the beach is only a 7–8 minute walk away, depending on which beach you choose, as there are several options accessible via different routes.
Everything was perfect! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone. We would happily come back again! 💪😊
