Beautiful room, loved the jacuzzi and pool. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great.
It would be great if breakfast had signs for allergies. I had to keep asking on each item if it had dairy and gluten in it. One staff member never came back to me, others were busy would help then run off. Eventually I gave up and just had the basics rather than ask for each item.

Everything you need in one place, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the Spa is divine and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, a short walk to the viaduct and many food and drink options close by.

Great location, close to everywhere you need to be.
The housekeeping service was hit and miss. Whilst we were away for 5 hours on day 1, our room wasn’t serviced. On day 2 it was the same and we had to ring to get the room serviced. Apparently we weren’t a priority. Interesting comment.

Nice and central. Good price. Staff friendly and helpful. Since my daughter was disappointed re mini bar - was given complimentary chocolate. Good room amenities. Fridge a bit smelly on arrival. Staff came and cleaned straight away.
Parking a little difficult for drop off / pick up.
Welcome Bar on ground floor and on higher level closed on Mondays. Stopped comp mini bar treats. Rooms a little tired. View not very nice with buildings and construction.
