As stated, I like to stay there however if this billing issue continues, I will stay elsewhere.

always a good spot to stay for my travel

I Travel a lot and the only gripe I have with Sebel Viaduct is the billing process. I always have to chase my invoices every stay and this last time they missed some charges so invoiced me again which is fair, but I have been asking for an invoice to match my expenses for two months and still haven't received it despite four phone calls. This is the only hotel I have issues with invoicing. There is certainly room for improvement or even staff training.

Disappointed

The location was great. 11am check out.

The room was very expensive. As others have said the rooms are dated. I was also surprised to have to pay for wifi, especially with the price of the room. We paid a lot of money and had a view of stones on a roof top as well as the water.

Location was right in the viaduct. Large rooms and lovely facilities.

Right above the bar with live music until 2 am. Even though the music was great was difficult to sleep. Staff said we could get earplugs but we thought at the time how bad can it be. We really wished we would have got the ear plugs. You need them.

Good location, good staff

No wifi included in room rate which was expensive. Hot water system made awfully loud noises at midnight each night when it was heating.

Pleasant

Excellent location with beautiful views over the boats and harbour. So convenient to just pop downstairs and have the viaduct and great restaurants within a couple of minutes walk

Very noisy. Room was upstairs and local pubs and clubs are very close. Wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. Also, price was over the top. Possibly because rugby was on but we had booked 2 months prior. Not worth what we paid.

Attempted to offer us a substandard room - not what we booked. This appears to be a normal thing for all hotels. Suggestion for booking.com users. Print out list of facilities, room type and room size and take with you.
