Great location. Room very well maintained - looks recently renovated.
Provided a water view as requested - very grateful.
Foyer was wonderful to walk into. Rooftop bar a massive bonus to have on your doorstep.
Probably just personal taste, but the only breakfast options were all quite fancy, and sometimes it's nice to have the option of a plainer breakfast when you're going to be eating out all day/night as well (eg: a simple buffet).
Food was very well cooked and restaurant was beautiful - so no issue there. Just probably personal preference.

In the viaduct and close to many restaurants etc. Good food at the hotel restaurant and bar.
We had a room on the ground floor where people from the road can walk past and look in. Also the room had a concrete ceiling which looked unfinished and cheap, as did other furnishings in the room. Expensive stay for the room that was provided.

Love the decor of QT hotels. The man at reception gave us a beautiful corner room. There was lots of space for getting ready for our event.
Almost all of the staff were incredibly warm and friendly and helpful.
We ordered room service one night after our event. I was starving. We ordered about 1 am and I don’t think anyone checked the order system because it took them over an hour to deliver a pizza and fries. That was the only disappointing thing.
