Great facilities, clean and very modern room with lots of great features, mini bar, bath robes, mood lighting etc. Easy to access Casino.
We did get lost getting back to carparking section of building, the lifts dont have as much signage information as they could have. We stumbled across an employee who was very helpful and could assist with catching the correct lift for the general parking building. So do recommend paying attention to what lifts you used to get to the reception area.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in New Zealand. Staff were so attentive. The hotel is stunning. Cozy and comfy. Even smells good! Great lighting and security. Will definitely be back. I stayed in the cheapest room and it was great.
Really can’t fault it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It’s centrally located and enjoyable to stay there!
I wish I could’ve stayed longer but unfortunately I had to leave for home

Location not as busy
The staff didn’t have any knowledge that I’ve stayed there before would have thought returning customers would show in the system?
Got to 1of the 2 rooms and the coffee table still had oil like stains and crumbs from the last person. Took photos
