Great location - right on the Viaduct harbor. Room was upmarket and a good size - the balcony on the third floor was a nice plus overlooking the Sky Tower. Room was well provisioned with a kettle, espresso maker, and plenty of tea & coffee packets. Bathroom was large with a nice shower and tub. Overall no complaints and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location quiet rooms at night. Clean well stocked gym. Partner enjoyed the spa
Club access was disappointing the drinks were warm from the fridge the tables weren’t cleared for empties. Evening canopies were countdown teriyaki chicken kebabs and greasy potatoes. Breakfast was nice would dine for breakfast but wouldn’t waste money on the club

Accommodated early check in. We paid an additional $200 totally worth it. The staff were very good and nothing too much trouble. Room fantastic and the most comfortable bed.
Having been to this hotel probably 4 times and I still feel like the bar area is lacking something . The staff are great but the area is not very inviting or comfortable. The restaurant feels very warm and friendly where the bar area feels very sterile.

Good location
The bus depot next door was quite noisy and some of the power points were not working. The kettle power point was faulty and the kettle plug had to be pulled half way out in order for it to work
