i like the view from above, especially it's near from the tower.. also i like how clean and tidy the room was. Kudos to the house keepers of the grand y'all doing great, keep it up! 🫶🏻

Central location and friendly staff
The Jacuzzi was not working and apparently been out of order for some time and the sauna temperature was not very high. You pay for an upgraded room and there is no difference in the room facilities, same pillows, glassware etc as my last stay so a little disappointing.
