About this condo rental
Situated in Carolina Beach, this attractive condo for $168 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy the beach by day and walk to evening activities! Located steps from the beach and the boardwalk, our fully furnished 2BR/2BA condo is the perfect location for your beach vacation. Within easy walking distance are plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. (Our local favorites include Britt's Donuts, Shuckin' Shack, and Michaelangelos Pizza.) Watch the nearby Thursday Night Firework Show from our landing. When you walk into our place, you will be greeted with an open floor plan, lots of natural light, and ocean views from kitchen and living room. We feature a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans, dishware, silverware, Keurig, and plenty of cooking implements. Just beyond the kitchen is the spacious living room with a long, comfortable couch, side chairs, and a Smart TV for you to watch your favorite Netflix shows. There is also a DVD player with an assortment of movies to choose from. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet with hangers, new smart TV, and plenty of drawers for you to put your belongings in. Our full en suite bathroom means you don't have to leave the privacy of your bedroom to get ready for the beach or a night out on the boardwalk. Linens, extra blankets and basic towels (not beach towels) provided. Also, leave the bulky hairdryer at home–we have provided one for you. The second bedroom is located at the opposite end from master bedroom and features a full-size bed, a bunk bed with two twin mattresses, a new smart TV and DVD player. There is also a chest of drawers and a closet to store belongings. Linens and extra blankets provided. The second full bathroom has a walk-in shower and is easily accessible from anywhere in the condo. Enjoy your private balcony where you can sip freshly brewed coffee or a glass of wine as you take in the sights, sounds, and salt-laced breeze from the ocean. Our full size washer and dryer is located inside a closet near the front door, making it easy to toss your wet towels and swimsuits from the beach/pool to dry. If you prefer a quick dip, the onsite community pool is beautifully maintained with plenty of chaise lounges and an outdoor shower. The unit comes with one included parking spot. If you need an extra spot, additional paid town parking is available in the adjacent town lot.. https://www.carolinabeach.org/i-want-to/apply-for/parking-permits/-fsiteid-1 Access to the complex, unit, and pool is through a keyless pad. You'll never have to worry about losing a key! The unit has central A/C, free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and local phone service. We offer three beach umbrellas and a beach cart at no additional cost. • Swimming pool is closed from Nov 1st to May 1st each year. • New ceiling fan in master bedroom. Installed 3/21/2021. • New smart TV’s in master and second bedroom installed 3/24/2021. • New DVD installed in second bedroom 3/24/2021. • This is a third floor unit accessed only by stairs. • Pets are NOT allowed per the HOA. Bringing a pet will result in the loss of your security deposit and any rent paid. • No smoking allowed inside the unit.

This is the perfect location for a beach stay; close to the boardwalk, beach, and local spots. Property was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Communication was easy with the host. We had a few questions before checkin, and she responded quickly! We will definitely stay here. Book this property. You won’t regret it.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was so easy and the condo had everything we needed, including sugar for my coffee, which I forgot. The condo was clean and in a great location. We loved having the pool and the beach steps away. We walked almost everywhere to eat, shop, etc. The only time we used the car was for an excursion to the ferry at Fort Fisher.
The condo was so well set-up with everything you could need. I will definitely be coming back!

Our family of 3 found this spot during the cursed summer of 2020 and have (tried) to come back every year. The Boardwalk, most of the restaurants in town, and the beach are all easily walkable. The only downside (which isn't so much a downside for us), is that the rides and foot traffic outside can be a little loud at night, but we're all usually so tired it doesn't make much difference. The pool is showing some age, but is a fine pool and usually uncrowded. For us, the location can't be beat, and we've made such great memories here during our summers.

Very clean and comfortable condo in great location just steps from boardwalk and beach. Really appreciated the washer and dryer to toss towels and wet suits in after very enjoyable days at the beach and pool. Unanimous thumbs up from two boys, aged 10 and 13, and their grandparents. We are already talking about returning next summer. Thank you for a very pleasant place to vacation.

The owner was so accommodating to my family, she went about and beyond to move things around for us!! You can walk to everywhere and the teenagers had a wonderful time. The water was so clear and the beach was very clean.

We had an excellent stay here. Perfect location, close to beach and boardwalk. The place was clean and well stocked with keurig pods, shampoo, etc, and beach accessories. Loved the pool!

Overall, we really enjoyed this condo. The price was a little high, but you do get a great view and great access to the park around the lake. Neighbors were very friendly. It did appear smaller than the pictures.
A few things the owner could address:
The wifi in the welcome letter and condo notebook was incorrect. It wasn't until after I asked the owner for the correct that I saw it posted by the TV.
Most everything in the notebook was dated/last years info.
The shower in the main bathroom does not work well, low to no pressure. It looks to be a cheap shower head and there's a kink in the hose. We all used the master bath shower, which was great.
No paring knife or steak knives - this was a bummer.
Limited bowls and pans for a family.
The window in the 2nd bedroom was open at the top, to the entry walkway. We struggled to get it closed.

We had the best time in Carolina Beach! The condo was in walking distance to everything. Great restaurants, the boardwalk, it was all right there. Checking in and out was super easy! Everything was clean and ready for us. We will definitely be back!

Suitable property for family looking to be close to the beach and the boardwalk. 2 bathrooms, full kitchen as well as washer/dryer made the stay really easy. Access to pool was a game changer as the weather was windy, yet the pool area was protected which meant we could spend time enjoying the sun and water without getting blown away by sand.

Suzanne was an amazing host. She instantly responded to any questions we had. The place looked just like it does in the picture. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away and super convenient. Couldn’t beat the location since it’s within walking distance of the main hub of entertainment, beach and restaraunts and shopping. I be would definitely recommend this place for sure. Loved it!

This was a clean, up to date property. When we had a question, we were able to get timely responses. The owners were gracious and professional. We could walk to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. We had 4 adults and 6 and 10 year old children. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location
The property is perfectly located on Carolina Beach. You can set up on the beach and walk back to the condo or the boardwalk for lunch. The pool is secure and private to the condo, and the condo's balcony gives you a perfect view of the pool and ocean. There are local who live in the condo, and they are fabulous people!

Great location being a block off the beach and at the start of boardwalk. Walking distance to many restaurants as well.
Property itself was great, pool has full sun all day, balcony and rooms have ocean view through the row of beachfront homes.
Entire complex is entry code only with beach supplies we enjoyed like beach cart, umbrella, chairs.
Kitchen and house stocked with all the little things like dish/ hand soap, foil, ice trays. Add on’s like detergents, coffee pods had enough for a few uses each.
Would definitely recommend and stay at again on a trip to Carolina Beach!

I am particular about where I stay, and this home was so lovely and so clean. I can’t stress enough how clean it was. I stayed with my husband, children, and in-laws. It was the perfect place and right on the boardwalk. You can walk to anywhere you want to go. I highly recommend walking to Britt’s Donuts. They are delicious.

I am particular about where I stay, and this home was so lovely and so clean. I can’t stress enough how clean it was. I stayed with my husband, children, and in-laws. It was the perfect place and right on the boardwalk. You can walk to anywhere you want to go. I highly recommend walking to Britt’s Donuts. They are delicious.

Best Friends Vacation
We've visited Carolina Beach for about 10 years now. Never at the same place twice. For this vacation with my best friend, we looked over 10-12 properties and chose this one.
This unit scored high on Location, Interior Features, Pool, Price... This unit was F A B U L O U S ! We will most definitely, stay here again! Actually, I can't wait....

We had a lovely stay at condo.. It was very clean and very cozy. It’s in a perfect location , you can walk to most of the local restaurants, boardwalk and the beach. No need to get in car after you get settled in , if you so choose. Pool was clean and inviting. Loved that there was a Keurig with cups , creamers, sugar .. That was a nice surprise !! Over all great mini vacation for my husband and myself . Would definitely stay again.

The vacuum basically doesn't work, I wanted to use the hose to clean up some sand that got tracked in and it had no suction. I understand why the couch had no back cushions (probably got ruined by previous occupants/use), but it may be time to consider replacing the couch or buying some accent pillows. The couch was hard to get off of because it dipped way back. The main bath sink is slow draining and the toilet had to hold the handle to flush. The other bath the shower head hose has a very small crack and leaks. None of these things would remotely reduce the excellent rating I am giving, just wanting to pass along as something to keep watch on. One other thing was the location of the beach chairs, etc. The manual did not clearly specify and we were afraid to take someone else's stuff. I guess I was expecting a closet marked #201 or a sign that said "first come, first serve". So we opted on the safe side and rented at the beach, but that is not cheap. Loved the pool!!!

Cozy, clean, and close to everything
We really enjoyed this property. It's second row but still has great ocean views. The Boardwalk is so close. The building actually has a locked door to enter the complex, which is added security. The owner was super communicative. The property was clean and well kept. The full bed in the second bedroom was so nice I slept in the same room as my kids. The sheets were the best I've ever felt. The beach wagon provided was full if everything one could need. Would love to stay here again.

Condo was very comfortable and at a great location. Easy walk to boardwalk, beach and local restaurants & shops. Condo had a lot of nice touches/amenities. We did not want to go home and will definitely stay here again. Owner was super responsive to any small issues we encountered and answered and resolved super fast and completely. Great experience 😀

Great proximity to the boardwalk and beach! This listing was even better than the pictures described! We came here for our annual beach vacation and only left the property in our van one time in 6 days. Walking distance to everything on the boardwalk, several restaurants, and of course the beach! We mostly had the pool to ourselves all week which was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect! You couldn't ask for a better location on Carolina Beach. Walking distance to almost everything. Having your own parking spot was very convenient as most places are pay to park. The beach was beautiful. We were the only people at the pool all week. The condo was clean and beautiful and the owner kindly and quickly replied with any questions I had. Would highly recommend!
