This cozy 1BR/1.5BA condo features a king bed in the master bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living area to comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. Relax after a fun filled day in the sun on Pensacola Beach in the spacious living area with plenty of room to stretch out, watch your favorite show on either of the flat screen TVs in the living area and master bedroom, and enjoy free WIFI. This is a great location right on Pensacola Beach. Peg Leg Pete's restaurant and a nice convenience store are right across the street. So it's easy to reduce the number of times you need to get out in traffic. The condo is on the 3rd floor so sitting out on the deck is very nice. The property is gated so it feels a little more private and secure. You also get a dedicated parking spot in the garage near a central elevator.The board walk to the beach is in good shape so it's easy on your feet.We enjoyed this property very much.

Sans Souci is in a great location for a relaxing beach trip. Less than a minute walk to the beach from condo. Great restaurants close by. Perfect location. Beach is beautiful. I have been enjoying the Sans Souci since the 80s, traveling as a kid with my family. This condo was very clean but very dated. Biggest negative was the neighbor the the left who appears to be a permanent resident. She sat on her balcony constantly and stared at us in her T-shirt and adult diapers. We avoided the balcony as she made it an uncomfortable experience!! There is clearly an issue there that I didn’t want to deal with on my vacation. I will definitely return to the Sans Souci but to a different condo!! Pensacola Beach property management was wonderful and responsive to every need!!
