A very nice and clean place. Great location - 2min walk to the nearest bus station, from there a 10min direct ride to Avlabari metro station. The hostess and her son are very courteous and helpful. Slippers were provided, which was a very nice touch! Very fast Wi-Fi. Fantastic value for money!

Первое что хотелось бы отметить - хозяйка Лали. Настолько отзывчивый и внимательный человек! Встретила нас в аэропорту, помогла доехать до места, всё рассказала и показала, угостила вкуснейшим чаем с дороги. На любой вопрос у нее всегда был ответ. всегда отзывчивая и приятная! Сама комната находится внутри дома. В комнате очень мягкие кровати, замечательные кресла, прекрасно оборудованный санузел с душем. Расположение отличное: 10-15 минут пешком до центра, тихий красивый район, великолепная площадка вечером выпить вина. Замечательные виды на старый город.

- Bathroom is NOT private and is outside the room.
- Owner (Larita) met all our comments and complaints during our stay defensively and very negatively.
- Owner does not know the ABC of hospitality.
- Makes you feel uncomfortable and that you have to go to bed early when I don't.
- Terrible experience
