Beautiful grounds and exceptional service from Staff.
Whilst the room was beautiful it was rather shabby and in need of some repairs and a deep clean. The photos and description on here of what is available is also a little deceiving. I wouldn’t say they are lake view rooms, nor did they have a fireplace or on ground floor. But the room was beautiful. It needed a few updates to the facilities, such as a fridge in room and better television se top and channels as there isn’t anything on site in evening, a few home comforts would help. For the current rate, it needs some updates and deeper cleaning to room to feel value for money.

The dining facilities are completely separate from the accommodation via a short walk, and no fridge or air conditioning in the rooms

The room was a good size with a very good modern bathroom. The bed and pillows were good.
Walking into the block the cleaner had left cupboard doors open that we walked past containing linen and cleaning materials and when we got to our room various dirty items were outside the room on a shelf right by our door. Not a good first impression. Reception also sent us to the wrong venue for breakfast in the morning.
