Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μη τουριστική περιοχή. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι βρίσκεις φαγητό και ποτό σε πολύ λογικές τιμές εκεί που τρώνε οι ντόπιοι. Πολύ κοντά έχει ένα μικρό super market. Ήταν πολύ καθαρό, μεγάλο με όλες τις παροχές που αναφέρει αλλά το σημαντικότερο ήταν ο ευγενέστατος οικοδεσπότης ο οποίος είχε συχνή επικοινωνία (στα αγγλικά) με εμάς. Μας έδωσε οδηγίες για το κατάλυμα με φωτογραφίες, κωδικό wifi, μας πρότεινε αξιοθέατα και διάφορες δραστηριότητες. Ήσυχη γειτονιά και γενικότερα δεν μας ενόχλησε τίποτα από θόρυβο. Η τοποθεσία όσον αφορά τα τουριστικά αξιοθέατα. Το παλιό κέντρο της Σεβίλλης γενικά δεν έχει ΜΜΜ. Οπότε να υπολογίζετε 8-10 χλμ την ημέρα ποδαρόδρομο. Εάν κάποιος θέλει να πάει στην Plaza Espana, καλύτερα να βγει στον κεντρικό δρόμο (δίπλα στο ποτάμι) και να πάρει λεωφορείο.

Excelente ubicación y el trato de Fran, siempre pendiente si necesitábamos algo. Muy recomendable. Cuando vuelva a Sevilla será mi apto.

Perfect location, nice building, silent neighbours. Amazing host - very friendly, very caring, shared lots of useful information, perfectly reachable. Realistic pictures.
Unfortunately, all the beds were pretty bad, every move caused so much noise. None of us could sleep
