Location convenient to locate and approach. 24 hour Reception. Friendly.
Outdoor sitting due to enroute was a noisy place but behind closed doors it was alight no disturbance due to noise

I like the comfort of the double beds, the location- easy access to West of Montreal Island and cleanliness
Also, the hotel is close to a garage/gas station and to a good restaurant/bar.
We had to change rooms as the original one did not meet our expectations.
The second room had no plugs for the sink or tub (apparently they don't provide since people STEAL them all the time)
and there is no FAN in the bathroom so you need to turn up the heat and open the window to air out the bathroom.

The bed and amenities were comfortable. A/C excellent, microwave and fridge good. Location near Island of Montreal and the 2 & 20 was great!
On site breakfast was not available ( on the Booking.com when I selected for free breakfast this was included in my resultant search). TV was not functioning properly and toilet was running; we had to close the bathroom door to not hear it thru the night

We were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the beds, nice hot shower, and impeccably clean. The check-in desk clerk was very kind and helpful and reassuring and gave recommendations for nearby restaurants.
this is a very modest place, and the outside is a little off-putting - visible damage to windows and siding in some places, difficult entryway, peeling paint, rough driveway. When we first pulled up, it looked like a place that we would normally avoid, but everything turned out fine and we would stay there again.
